Innate: Dr. Mundo regenerates an additional 0.4 / then +0.05 - 0.25 (based on level) / then +0.1 - 0.6 (based on level) / then +0.15 - 0.45 (based on level) / then +0.2% - 1% (based on level) of his maximum health every 5 seconds.

Passive: Periodically, Dr. Mundo gains immunity to the next hostile immobilize effect to affect him. Upon resisting one, Dr. Mundo pays a health cost equal to 4% of his current health and propels a canister that lands 525 units in the general direction of the immobilization source, remaining on the ground for 7 seconds.

Dr. Mundo can move near the canister to consume it, heal himself for 4% of his maximum health and reducing the cooldown of Goes Where He Pleases by 15 seconds. Enemy champion can move near it to destroy it.

Goes Where He Pleases' cooldown resets upon respawning.

Patch 25.24nerf

We overestimated the impact of last patch's Dr. Mundo bugfix, which means our compensation buff overshot as well. That said, we're still happy with where Top Mundo ended up, but Jungle Mundo is now a little over the line, so we're here to deliver a jungle-specific nerf to bring his two primary roles closer to parity.

Dr. Mundo has once again risen up the ranks in popularity due to some very skilled players playing him very publicly. This time, in the jungle! We think Dr. Mundo is appropriately balanced in both roles at the present, but will continue to monitor how he's performing in the coming weeks. All that said, we're shipping a very impactful bug fix in this patch, which will increase his win rate, so we're also preemptively nerfing him a bit. We're happy with his recent reduction in burst damage, which this bug fix furthers, but want to maintain his overall sustained threat, so we're re-buffing his functional attack damage.

Dr. Mundo is a scaling juggernaut who has to wade through a fairly weak early game in order to scale into the ability to go wherever he pleases. And we're happy he's able to go where he pleases, but he's bursting whomever he pleases a bit too easily. We're looking for some power neutral adjustments that take away some late-game burst and give back late-game durability in its stead.

Heart Zapper can be recast after 1 second for the duration, and does so automatically at the end of the duration.
  • New Recast: Dr. Mundo detonates the defibrillator, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+ 7% bonus health) magic damage to nearby enemies and heal himself for 100% of all the damage stored if at least one enemy is hit, reduced to 50% if no champion is hit.
  • Health cost changed to 5% current health on-cast from 10/15/20/25/30 health per second while toggled on.
  • Cooldown increased to 17/16.5/16/15.5/15 seconds from 4 seconds at all ranks.

  • Health cost reduced to 10/20/30/40/50 from 25/35/45/55/65.
  • Cooldown increased to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds after the attack from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds on-cast.
  • New Effect: Empowered attack's windup is now uncancellable windup.
  • Bonus attack range increased to 50 from 25.
