- •Base damage reduced to 50/75/100/125/150 from 55/85/115/145/175.
- •Chilled base damage reduced to 100/150/200/250/300 from 110/170/230/290/350.
Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard
- •Removed: Reduced damage to minions and monsters while dismounted.
Chaaaaaaaarge!!!
- •Movement speed trail duration reduced to 6 seconds from 8.
- •Range reduced to 3500/4000/4500 from 4500 at all ranks.
Astral Infusion
- •Cooldown increased to 8/6.5/5/3.5/2 seconds from 4/3.5/3/2.5/2.
Headbutt
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that allowed Alistar to basic attack during Headbutt's animation.
Center of the Universe
- •Stars base damage increased to 20 to 130 (based on level) from 20 to 97 (based on level).
Celestial Expansion
- •Stars bonus damage reduced to 5/10/15/20/25 from 10/20/30/40/50.
- •Mana cost changed to 40 + 22/24/26/28/30 from 40 + 16/22/28/34/40.
Comet of Legend
- •Removed: Escape Velocity.
- •New Effect: Can now cast Comet of Legend any time outside of combat (goes on 5 second cooldown when taking damage).
- •Comet of Legend can now only be cancelled by recasting the ability.
- •Aurelion Sol now takes flight immediately, even if cast outside the cast range.
- •When cast during Comet of Legend, Starsurge now travels in the same direction as Aurelion Sol if it was cast just slightly off-angle.
Stats
- •Base attack speed increased to 0.665 from 0.625.
- •Attack speed growth reduced to 2.65% from 3.5%.
Caustic Spittle
- •New Effect: Now grants 15/20/25/30/35% bonus attack speed.
Bio-Arcane Barrage
- •Removed: Bonus attack speed, maximum attack speed and reduced cast time.
- •Removed: Basic attacks dealing 55% AD to non-minions.
- •Bonus magic damage changed to 2/3/4/5/6% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health from 4/8/12/16/20 (+ 2% (+ 0.75% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health).
- •Bonus range increased to 130/150/170/190/210 from 90/120/150/180/210.
- •Cooldown increased to 17 seconds at all ranks from 13/11.5/10/8.5/7.
- •Duration increased to 8 seconds from 6.
- •New effect: Cooldown now starts on-cast instead of at the end of buff duration.
Resonating Strike
- •Bug Fix: Resonating Strike and Safeguard no longer cause him to dash directly on top of his target.
Zenith Blade
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug preventing Leona from Flash during Zenith Blade's cast time.
Poison Trail
- •Damage now ticks 4 times a second from 1 time a second. Damage unchanged.
Mega Adhesive
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Mega Adhesive lasted 0.5 seconds longer than intended.
Phoenix Stance
- •Persistent effect damage increased to 40/80/120/160/200 from 25/60/95/130/165.
- •Burn duration reduced to 4 ticks over 4 seconds from 5 ticks over 5 seconds. Damage per tick unchanged.
- •Clarity: Phoenix Stance's burn visual effects updated to better fit the area of effect.
Primordial Burst
- •Bug Fix: Final Boss Veigar once again plays VO lines when casting Primordial Burst.
General
- •Bug Fix: Captain Volibear's golden shoulderpad no longer disappears into his shoulder during one of his idle animations.
