League of Legends Patch 14.24 was released on Dec 10, 2024. This update included changes to 33 champions, with 9 buffs, 9 nerfs, 15 adjustments.

- •Shield health ratio increased to 13% maximum health from 12%.
Bola Strike
- •Bug Fix: No longer is sometimes prevented from generating stacks toward effects such as Phase Rush and Eclipse Ever Rising Moon.
- •New Effect: Now generates two stacks toward effects such as Phase Rush and Eclipse Ever Rising Moon. This is not intended.
Q damage increased. W shield increased.

Glorious Evolution
- •Hex Fragments generated per large minion and epic monster kill increased to 10 from 5.

- •Removed: Arcane Storm is no longer automatically augmented once all of his basic abilities have been augmented; it requires gaining a fourth augment.
- •Arcane Storm cannot be augmented until after all of his basic abilities have been augmented.
- •Bug Fix: Killing a champion clone no longer improperly generates 25 Hex Fragments.

- •Removed: Enemies no longer become immune to the slow after their stacks are consumed.
- •Bug Fix: Stack application time is now consistent and is no longer improperly extended by up to 0.25 seconds (total 0.75 seconds of inconsistency over previously 3 ticks).
Hextech Ray
- •Renamed to Hextech Ray from Death Ray.
- •Mana cost reduced to 60/70/80/90/100 from 70/80/90/100/110.
Arcane Storm
- •Renamed to Arcane Storm from Chaos Storm.
- •New Effect: Targeting the user now properly follows them instead of stopping upon reaching their location at the time of casting.
- •New Effect: Augment: Perfect Storm — The singularity now increases in size by 40% and extends its duration by 3 seconds whenever an enemy champion is takedown after having been damaged by the ability. Size can only be increased up to 6 times and the duration can only be extended up to the original duration.
PsyOps

- •Bug Fix: Singularity VFX no longer sometimes desyncs for allies.
In this patch we're providing a feels improvement as a follow-up to the changes we made last month. We're starting by slightly increasing Q's tap range to make up for the difference that slightly increased his range and hitbox size as a result of the size growth. Next up, W's attack speed buff now has a much longer duration in addition to a few QoL improvements which should make our favorite dad smoother to play. We're dropping his base AD a touch just to make room for these other buffs.

- •Target range increased to 365 from 350.
Blood Hunt
- •Bonus attack speed duration increased to 2.5 seconds from 0.75.
- •Removed: Basic attacks on-hit and ability hits no longer grant the bonus attack speed.
- •New Effect: Damaging basic attacks and ability damage now grant the bonus attack speed both when damaging the target to below the threshold and while they are already below it.
- •New Effect: Basic attacks against enemies below the threshold now grant the bonus attack speed at the start of the attack windup if he does not have the bonus already.
- •Duration of the attack speed buff cannot be refreshed this way.
- •New Effect: Now displays duration on the status bar.
- •Bug Fix: Audio for hunting low health targets marked by Blood Hunt no longer fails to activate upon them reaching the threshold.
Shepherd of Souls
- •New Effect: Mist Walker attacks are no longer inconsistently applied as different counts of damage instances, depending on their source (i.e. Mourning Mist vs Shepherd of Souls grave vs Eulogy of the Isles initial cast).
Q mana cost decreased, damage increased.
Prowling Projectile
- •Mana cost reduced to 50/55/60/65/70/75 from 50/60/70/80/90/100.
- •Base damage increased to 60/95/130/165/200/235 from 60/90/120/150/180/210.
- •Empowered base damage increased to 80/140/200/260/320/380 from 80/135/190/245/300/355.
W shield duration and value decreased. E damage decreased.
Drakehound's Step
- •Bug Fix: Dash pathfinding no longer ignores Emperor's Divide.

- •Base shield reduced to 50 to 320 (based on level) from 85 to 350 (based on level).
- •Shield bonus AD ratio reduced to 150% bonus AD from 175%.
- •Shield duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.
Lacerate
- •Bonus AD ratio reduced to 40/45/50/55/60% bonus AD from 40/50/60/70/80%.

- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Now properly displays her special heart VFX when disguising as Nidalee.

Hammer Shock

Cull the Meek
- •Tooltip descriptions rewritten to be more accurate and include all healing mechanics.
Slice and Dice
- •Further applications of immobilizing effects now properly prevent movement at the end of either dash, instead of permitting it for up to 0.25 seconds.
Spell Shield
- •Bug Fix: Spell shield now properly blocks Vision of Empire reveal debuff when the damage has been successfully blocked.
Scatter the Weak
- •Bug Fix: No longer fails to apply its damage against certain epic monsters.
Warrior Trickster
- •Bug Fix: Clone death no longer triggers jungle invasion pings.
Garden of Thorns
