Sentry

  • Base damage increased to 31 to 100 (based on level) from 25 to 85 (based on level).
  • Bonus AD ratio increased to 40 to 60.1% (based on level) bonus AD) from 35 to 50% (based on level).

Goes Where He Pleases (Innate)

  • New Effect: Now periodically causes him to ignore the next immobilize effect.
  • Preventing an effect makes him lose 7% of his current health and launches a canister that lands 525 units in the general direction of its source, remaining on the ground for 7 seconds. Dr. Mundo can pick it up to heal himself for 8% of his maximum health and reduce the cooldown of this effect by 15 seconds.
  • Enemy champions can destroy the canister by walking over it before Dr. Mundo reaches it.
  • Goes Where He Pleases' cooldown resets upon respawning.
  • Cooldown: 45 to 15 (based on level) seconds.
  • Health regeneration reduced to 2% maximum health from 2.5%.

Infected Bonesaw (Q)

  • Health cost reduced to 50 at all ranks from 50/60/70/80/90.
  • Minimum damage increased to 80/135/190/245/300 from 80/130/180/230/280.
  • Maximum damage to monsters changed to 150/225/300/375/450 from 100/200/300/400/500.
  • Removed: No longer restores health equal to the full health cost if Infected Bonesaw kills a non-champion.
  • Removed: Damage is no longer capped at 100/200/300/400/500 against minions.

Heart Zapper (W)

  • No longer a toggle spell.
  • Removed: No longer grants 30% tenacity while toggled on.
  • New Active: Dr. Mundo charges up a defibrillator for 4 seconds, dealing a total of 80/140/200/260/320 magic damage over the duration, with each tick occuring every 0.25 seconds, to nearby enemies and storing 25/30/35/40/45% of the post-mitigation damage he takes. Heart Zapper can be recast after 1 second for the duration, and does so automatically at the end of the duration.
  • New Recast: Dr. Mundo detonates the defibrillator, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+ 7% bonus health) magic damage to nearby enemies and heal himself for 100% of all the damage stored if at least one enemy is hit, reduced to 50% if no champion is hit.
  • Health cost changed to 5% current health on-cast from 10/15/20/25/30 health per second while toggled on.
  • Cooldown increased to 17/16.5/16/15.5/15 seconds from 4 seconds at all ranks.

Blunt Force Trauma (E)

  • Removed Passive: Taking magic damage or paying a health cost increases Dr. Mundo's magic resistance by 3% for 2 seconds, stacking up to 2/5/8/11/13 times.
  • Removed Effect: On activation, grants 30/45/60/75/90 bonus attack damage for 5 seconds, increased by an amount based on his percentage health, up to a maximum total of 50/80/110/140/170 at 100% missing health.
  • New Passive: Now always passively grants 15/20/25/30/35 bonus attack damage, increased based on his missing health, up to a maximum total of 40/50/60/70/80 at 70% missing health.
  • Health cost reduced to 10/20/30/40/50 from 25/35/45/55/65.
  • Cooldown increased to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds after the attack from 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds on-cast.
  • New Effect: Empowered attack's windup is now uncancellable windup.
  • Bonus attack range increased to 50 from 25.
  • New Effect: Attack now applies against structures, consuming the effect and dealing the bonus damage.
  • Damage of the empowered attack changed to 5/15/25/35/45 (+ 7% bonus health) from 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% maximum health.
  • New Effect: Now increases the bonus damage to the primary target by 0 to 60% (based on missing health).
  • New Effect: Now deals 40% increased damage to minions and non-epic monsters.
  • New Effect: Now knocks enemies killed by the attack away in a line, dealing 100% AD plus Blunt Force Trauma's minimum bonus damage to other enemies they pass through.

Maximum Dosage (R)

  • Removed: 25% current health health cost.
  • New Effect: Now additionally heals him on-cast for 20% of his missing health.
  • Duration reduced to 10 seconds from 12 seconds.
  • New Effect: Now additionally grants (4/5.5/7% bonus health) bonus attack damage for the duration.
  • Total health regeneration reduced to 20/45/70% maximum health from 60/85/110%.
