- •Bug Fix: Base voice lines now play more consistently and accurately.
Headshot
- •New Effect: If her current target becomes trapped by Yordle Snap Trap or 90 Caliber Net while her attack is on cooldown, this ongoing cooldown will be refunded partially so that her next attack on them can begin earlier.
- •Swapping the target to an enemy trapped by Yordle Snap Trap or 90 Caliber Net also reduces her ongoing attack cooldown.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where she was able to Headshot enemies while being revived.
Krug experience and gold rewards increased.
Friend of the Forest
- •New Effect: Now frees an additional Krug and 3 Krug.
- •Experience from Krugs increased to 95 to 128.25 (based on monster's level) from 37 to 49.95 (based on monster's level).
- •Gold from Krugs increased to 85 gold from 39 gold.
Passive wave distance now scales with bonus attack range.
Divine Ascent
- •New Effect: While Aflame and Exalted, or Transcendent, the distance of the waves launched by her basic attacks now scales with her bonus attack range.
Kled & Skaarl's health calculations changed. E cooldown reduced; AD ratio increased.
General
- •Bug Fix: Voice lines for several skins now play more consistently and accurately.
Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard
- •Skaarl base health increased to 400 to 1550 (based on level) from 400 to 1420 (based on level).
- •New Effect: While unmounted, now checks whether Skaarl's Courage has been restored twice as often, reducing the time it takes for them to reunite when at max Courage.
- •Bug Fix: Skaarl's base health now correctly counts as base health instead of bonus health.
- •Any health items that Kled purchases will add to Skaarl's health and count as bonus health.
- •Bug Fix: Kled now spawns with full health.
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Chemtech Dragon Soul no longer fails to kill Kled if he remounts while in the zombie state.
Jousting
- •Cooldown reduced to 13/12/11/10/9 seconds from 14/13/12/11/10.
- •Bonus AD ratio increased to 65% bonus AD from 60%.
- •Maximum bonus AD ratio increased to 130% bonus AD from 120%.
R no longer costs mana.
Inferno Trigger
- •Mana cost reduced to 0 at all ranks from 100/50/0.
R bolt distance now scales with bonus attack range.
Spray and Pray
- •New Effect: The extra distance that the bolts travel now scales with his bonus attack range.
Passive and W attacks now scale with bonus attack range.
Echoing Flames
- •New Effect: Shotgun attack range now scales with bonus attack range.
Purge
- •New Effect: Autonomous attack range now scales with bonus attack range.
W damage decreased. E cooldown increased late.
Tactical Sweep
- •Outer cone base damage reduced to 5/5.5/6/6.5/7% maximum health from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8%.
- •Outer cone bonus AD ratio reduced to 2.5% per 100 bonus AD from 3.3%.
Hookshot
- •Cooldown increased to 16/15/14/13/12 seconds from 16/14.5/13/11.5/10.
Going Rogue
- •Bug Fix: Recast is no longer locked out from not having enough mana despite not using a mana cost for activation.

- •Bug Fix: Champion model no longer becomes stuck in a certain pose if he is killed shortly after performing a basic attack.
Mark of the Kindred
- •Bug Fix: Now is properly able to mark Chemtech Drake and Hextech Drake.
Void Shift
- •Bug Fix: No longer is consumed or refreshed incorrectly under certain circumstances.
Battle Roar
- •Bug Fix: Can no longer sometimes be cast during Zhonya's Hourglass Stasis.
Swain
- •Bug Fix: Model scale returned to proper size.
Crystal Rose
- •Bug Fix: Model scale returned to proper size.
Rock Surfing
- •Bug Fix: No longer becomes disabled for the rest of the game if she blocks a spell with a spell shield while surfing.
Blade's End
- •Bug Fix: Abilities blocked by spell shields no longer improperly apply their mark VFX.
Noxian Diplomacy
- •Bug Fix: Now properly refunds its cooldown if the target becomes invalid during the cast time of the melee version.
- •Bug Fix: Ranged version no longer restarts its cooldown upon completing the dash.
Assassin's Path
- •Bug Fix: Dash is no longer interrupted if the caster blocks a displacement with a spell shield.
Shadow Assault
- •Bug Fix: Blades no longer converge to the ranged version of Noxian Diplomacy target if that ability is cast while root.
Cease and Desist
- •Bug Fix: Now properly cancels if the target enters Realm of Death.
Sovereign's Domination
- •Bug Fix: Several issues that may occur while possessing Akshan or Ivern have been fixed.
Items
Archangel's Staff isn't performing all that well, so we're lowering its cost to help.

- •Total cost reduced to 2600 gold from 3000 gold.
- •Combine cost reduced to 550 gold from 950 gold.
Axiom Arc is supposed to provide ability-based assassins an exciting teamfight output. However, it's been doing that a little too consistently.

- •Flux ultimate ability cooldown refund reduced to 20% from 25%.
Cosmic Drive is significantly overperforming on most champions.

- •Ability power reduced to 65 from 75.
- •Health reduced to 200 from 250.
- •Spelldance bonus movement speed reduced to 15% from 20%.
- •Spelldance minimum bonus movement speed reduced to 5% from 10%.
Crown of the Shattered Queen is another new mage item that has been doing too well on most champions, especially considering it's supposed to be a more defensive Mythic option.

- •Ability power reduced to 60 from 70.
Evenshroud has all but eclipsed its sunnier counterpart (a.k.a. Locket), so we're bringing it in line with the other support Mythics. (These changes also apply to its Ornn Masterwork item, Equinox.)

- •Coruscation duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
