- Base armor increased from 35 to 40.

The new items that have come out recently fit Dr. Mundo well… maybe a little too well. We’re adjusting his numbers some so he’s not running rampant across the Rift.

- Base movement speed increased from 345 to 355.
The good Doctor has been struggling in higher levels of play, where players are better at playing around his passive. So, we’re shifting some of its power into his ultimate to make sure Mundo gets the maximum value out of Maximum Dosage.

- Heal reduced from 8% maximum health to 4%.

- Increased base health reduced from 15/20/25% missing health to 25/30/35%.
- Health regeneration reduced from 20/40/60% maximum health to 15/35/55%.
Mundo truly goes where he pleases, and with more monster damage on Infected Bonesaw, it looks like he’s heading towards the jungle. We made sure to give Baron Lane some tune ups as well, and lowered the cooldown on his Heart Zapper.

- Cooldown reduced from 16/15/14/13 seconds to 13/12/11/10.
Dr. Mundo has been underperforming in higher levels of play when compared to other tanks. To allow him to better compete and go where he pleases in the Baron Lane, we’re reworking the initial heal that he gains from his ultimate so that it is not as easily countered by anti-heal items such as Mortal Reminder.
Maximum Dosage
- Cooldown reduced from 80/70/60 seconds to 70/65/60.
- New Effect: On cast, now grants him 15/20/25% missing health as base health for the duration of the ability.
- Removed: No longer heals for 20% missing health on cast.
The Madman of Zaun has been loose on the Rift, tearing through his opponents in the Baron Lane left and right. While we still want Dr. Mundo to go where he pleases, he’s a bit too resilient to poke and winning some fights he shouldn’t, so we are dialing his madness back just a tad.
Stats
- Base health regeneration reduced from 12 to 9.
- Health regeneration growth reduced from 0.81 to 0.68.
Mundo has been particularly dominant in the jungle, so we’re slowing his clear speed and the health regen he gains from (Ult) Sadism. We’re also increasing his health regen per level to ensure he remains a solid pick in the Baron Lane.

- Maximum damage against monsters reduced from 270/330/390/450 to 125/200/275/350.
Sadism
- Total health regen reduced from 60/85/110% maximum health to 50/75/100%.
The doctor has been performing well in the jungle, but struggling in the Baron Lane. We’re giving him a small boost to let him go where he pleases.

- Base health regeneration increased from 9 to 12.

- Health cost reduced from 45/60/75/90 to 30/45/60/75.
Sadism
- Health regeneration increased from 50/75/100% maximum health to 60/85/110%.
Mundo buy Sunfire Aegis. Mundo burn down entire jungle and enemy team. Mundo need time out.
