- •Attack damage growth increased to 3.5 from 3.
Burning Agony
- •Base magic damage increased to 20/27.5/35/42.5/50 per half second from 17.5/25/32.5/40/47.5.
Stats
- •Attack damage growth increased to 2.26 from 1.7.
Mark of the Kindred
- •Removed: Granting 1.25% of her target's current health as bonus on-hit physical damage on her basic attacks per stack.
- •New Effect: Every 4 marks increases Kindred's basic attack, Dance of Arrows and Mounting Dread cast range. The first 4 stacks grant 75 bonus range, while every 4 marks after increase their ranges by 25.
- •New Effect: Every mark now also amplifies all of Kindred's basic abilities:
- •Dance of Arrows: Increases bonus attack speed by 5% per stack.
- •Wolf's Frenzy: + 0.5% of target's current health per stack.
- •Mounting Dread: + 0.5% of target's missing health per stack.
Dance of Arrows
- •New Effect: Now grants 10% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds on cast, increased by 5% for every mark.
- •Removed: Gaining +5 base damage per mark.
- •AD ratio changed to 65% bonus AD from 20% AD.
- •Dash speed increased to 500 from 400.
Wolf's Frenzy
- •New Effect: Can now direct Wolf to a position within 500 units of Lamb before creating the hunting territory. Wolf can go over walls while travelling in this way. This range does not scale with Mark of the Kindred stacks.
- •New Effect: Wolf now also deals 1.5% of target's current health damage, increased by 0.5% for every mark.
- •AD ratio changed to 20% bonus AD from 40% AD.
- •Wolf damage type changed to magic from physical.
Mounting Dread
- •Base damage reduced to 40/60/80/100/120 from 40/75/110/145/180.
- •AD ratio changed to 80% bonus AD from 20% AD.
- •Projectile speed increased to 2000 from 1600.
- •Target's health ratio changed to 8% of target's missing health from 5% of target's maximum health.
- •New Effect: Every mark now also increases damage by 0.5% of target's missing health.
- •New Effect: Jaws of Death: Wolf's mount will critical strike for 50% (+ 0.5%xbonus critical damage) bonus damage against targets below 15% to 65% (based on critical chance) of their maximum health.
Ground Slam
- •Armor ratio increased to 40% total armor from 30% total armor.
Soul Furnace
- •Cooldown reduced to 11 seconds from 13.
- •Shield strength health ratio increased to 8/9/10/11/12% of Sion's maximum health from 6/7/8/9/10% of Sion's maximum health.
Fox-Fire
- •AP ratio per wisp reduced to 30% AP from 40% AP.
- •Maximum AP ratio against the same target reduced to 48% AP from 64% AP.

- •Mana cost increased to 50/60/70/80/90 from 50/55/60/65/70.
Jack in the Box

- •Runaan's Hurricane no longer grants Headshot stacks on secondary targets.
- •Passive starting bonus attack speed increased to 15% from 10%. Level 1 attack speed is still 0.625.
Piltover Peacemaker
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug causing the projectile of an enemy Piltover Peacemaker to not properly appear until it hit a unit when fired from fog of war.
Pulsefire
- •Bug Fix: Various VO lines triggered when she scores a pentakill, ace, or killing spree now properly play.
- •Bug Fix: The underside of Teemo's stolen hat no longer looks kinda weird during her Recall.
Decimate
- •Bug Fix: When triggering Hemorrhage by applying a fifth stack via Decimate, Decimate now properly only applies one stack of Hemorrhage to other units hit.
Pulsefire
- •Rising Spell Force
- •Bug Fix: Hand-glowy particles for effects like Sheen and Rising Spell Force no longer slip to his elbow during his Recall.
- •Mystic Shot
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where, when Statikk Shiv chain lighting was proc'd by Mystic Shot, it wasn't properly critting at 100% crit chance.
- •Bug Fix: On-hit particles now properly display when killing jungle monsters.
- •Trueshot Barrage
- •Bug Fix: On-hit particles now properly display when killing jungle monsters.
Riposte
- •Bug Fix: No longer purges Permafrost stacks if she uses Riposte to parry an attack while at three stacks.
Devastating Charge
- •Bug Fix: Stomp can no longer be reused if his initial target dies during the stomp animation.
Forecast
- •Bug Fix: Basic attacks have been touched up to match the changes to her other skins in patch V7.9.
Counter Strike
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a number of visual bugs with Counter Strike across various skins.
Safeguard
- •New Effect: Cast can now be buffered when placing wards, allowing Lee Sin to quickly place and hop to wards on high-latency environments.
- •Removed: No longer works with the Quick + Selfcast setting. We're looking into restoring this functionality in a later patch.
Dragon Fist
- •Back design of his shirt changed to yellow from red.
- •Dragon's Rage
- •New Effect: Shirt changes to yellow when casting Dragon's Rage.
Call of the Void
- •Cast time reduced to 0.25 seconds from 0.5.
- •New Effect: Now has a 0.4-seconds post-cast delay before firing.
- •AP ratio increased to 80% AP from 70% AP.
Void Swarm
- •Mana cost increased to 40/45/50/55/60 from 40 at all ranks.
- •Removed: Charge system. Now has a standard cooldown.
- •Cooldown reduced to 8 seconds at all ranks from 20/19/18/17/16.
- •New Effect: Malzahar gains a stack of Gathering Swarm when he casts another ability, up to a maximum of 2 stacks. Malzahar summons a Voidling, plus an additional Voidling per stack of Gathering Swarm, up to a maximum of 3 Voidlings par cast.
- •Removed: Voidlings are no longer able to spawn additional Voidling.
- •Cast range reduced to 150 from 450.
- •Removed: Voidlings killed increasing the minion killed stat.
- •Voidlings stats:
- •Attack damage dealt changed to 5 to 64.5 (based on level) at all ranks from 30/35/40/45/50 (+ 40% bonus AD).
- •Bonus magic damage dealt changed to 12/14/16/18/20 (+ 40% bonus AD) (+ 20% AP) from 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 20% AP).
- •Attack speed growth increased to 2% from 0%.
- •Attack speed increased to 0.665 to 0.891 (based on level) from 0.665 at all levels.
- •Both attack's components deal magic damage from attack damage dealt as physical damage and bonus damage dealt as magic damage.
- •Duration reduced to 8/8/9/9/10 seconds from 12 at all ranks.
- •Health increased to 65 to 201 (based on level) from 3 (with modified damage).
- •Armor changed to 16 to 50 (based on level) from 30 at all levels.
- •Magic resistance reduced to 8 to 25 (based on level) from 50 at all levels.
- •New Effect: Champions' and turrets' basic attacks will instantly kill Voidlings. All other damage will be reduced by armor and magic resistance normally.
- •Gold reward reduced to 2 gold from 5 gold.
- •Movement speed reduced to 400 from 451.
- •Removed: Gaining 100% bonus movement speed when running toward priority targets.
- •Removed: Movement speed reduced by distance from Malzahar.
- •Removed: Dealing 50% reduced damage to monsters.
- •New Effect: Now deals 50% reduced damage to epic monsters.
Malefic Visions
- •AP ratio increased to 80% AP from 70% AP.
Nether Grasp
- •New Effect: The beam attack to the main target now deals 125/250/375 (+ 115% AP) over the duration.
- •Target's maximum health ratio reduced to 10/15/20% of target's maximum health from 25/35/45% of target's maximum health.
- •Target's maximum health AP ratio reduced to 2.5% per 100 AP from 7.5% per 100 AP.
Sap Magic
- •Cooldown reduced to 30/25/20 (at level 1/6/11) seconds from 30/25/20 (at level 1/9/15).
- •Base healing reduced to 5 to 65 (based on level) from 10 to 130 (based on level)
- •Health ratio on heal increased to 6% to 13% (based on level) maximum health from 4.5% to 10.5% (based on level) maximum health
Sapling Toss
- •Maximum health AP ratio reduced to 1% per 100 AP from 2% per 100 AP.
- •Sapling base movement speed reduced to 400 at all levels from 427.5 to 470 (based on level).
- •New Effect: Sapling movement speed is now increased when you have boots:
- •Increases to 425 with Boots of Speed.
- •Increases to 445 with Berserker's Greaves, Ionian Boots of Lucidity, Mercury's Treads, Ninja Tabi and Sorcerer's Shoes.
- •Increases to 460 with Boots of Mobility and Boots of Swiftness.
- •Brush sapling damage changed to 67% on detonation and two ticks of 67% each from 100% on detonation and two ticks of 50% each. Total damage unchanged.
- •Sapling duration in brush changed to 30 (+ 2.5 per 100 bonus health) seconds from 30/40/50/60/70.
General
- •Bug Fix: Rakan's warding VO lines are no longer audible to enemies (sometimes giving away his position through fog of war). Allies can still hear him.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where, when Xayah and Rakan use Lover's Leap Recall while empowered by Baron Nashor, only the champion who started the Recall would gain Empowered Recall bonus movement speed.
Cosmic Dawn
- •Bug Fix: Once again creates a starry nebula during his Recall.

- •Health growth reduced to 85 from 90.
Fury of the Xer'Sai
- •Fury generation changed to 25 fury generated for all attacks and unburrowed abilities from 5 per attack, 10 per Unburrow ability, and 2.5 per extra enemy hit.
- •Health restore duration reduced to 3 seconds from 5.
- •Maximum health restored reduced to 20 to 190 (based on level) from 25 to 450 (based on level).
Queen's Wrath
- •Base damage reduced to 15/20/25/30/35 from 15/25/35/45/55.
- •AD ratio increased to 40% bonus AD from 20% bonus AD.
Prey Seeker
- •New Effect: Damage now scales with 40% bonus AD.
- •Damage type changed to physical from magic.
Unburrow
- •Base damage changed to 50/65/80/95/110 from 40/80/120/160/200.
- •Knock up duration increased to 1 second from 0.5 - 1.
- •Knock up targeting changed to closest single target from area of effect targets.
- •New Effect: Now knocks back other units 250 range away from Rek'Sai.
- •New Effect: The knocked up target is granted immunity from further knock-ups.
- •Knock up on-target cooldown increased to 10 seconds at all ranks from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8.
- •New Effect: Can now interact with plants by attacking them while burrowed.
Furious Bite
- •Damage changed to 50/60/70/80/90 (+ 85% bonus AD) from 80/90/100/110/120% AD.
- •Removed: Damage no longer scales linearly with Rek'Sai's current Fury. Damage is still doubled and dealt as true damage at maximum Fury.
Tunnel
- •Cooldown reduced to 26/23/20/17/14 seconds from 26/24/22/20/18.
- •On-target cooldown reduced to 10/8/6/4/2 seconds from 10/9/8/7/6.
Void Rush
- •New Passive: Dealing damage to enemy champions marks them for the next 5 seconds.
- •New Active: Rek'Sai targets a prey-marked enemy, burrowing after a 0.35-seconds cast time before emerging from underground, leaping at her target after an additional 0.75 seconds, dealing 100/250/400 (+ 160% bonus AD) (+ 20/25/30% of their missing health) physical damage. Rek'Sai is unstoppable during both the cast and leap.
- •Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds
- •Range: 1500
- •Removed Passive: Passively gains 20/40/60% bonus attack speed.
- •Removed Active: After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Rek'Sai Burrow into the ground and dashes to the target Tunnel entrance without shutting it down, becoming untargetable for the duration.
- •Cooldown: 180/140/100 seconds
- •Range: Global
All patch V7.9 and V7.10 changes to Renekton have been reverted.
General
- •Once again ignores inputs during his ability's cast times.
- •Various buffs and timers tracked in the buff bar are no longer tracked on their respective ability icons.
Reign of Anger
- •First attack when (re)entering combat no longer grants the full 5 Fury.
Cull the Meek
- •Range no longer scales with all size-modifying effects.
- •Re-added a bug where it wasn't hitting invisible units.
- •Re-added a bug where he could basic attack at the same time as Cull the Meek's damage was dealt.
Ruthless Predator
- •Re-added a bug where Ruthless Predator's lockout time was shorter than intended (0.525 seconds instead of 0.75).
- •Fury-empowered casts once again generate Fury.
- •Re-added a bug where, when casting Ruthless Predator and queueing either Cull the Meek or Slice and Dice while at 100 Fury, the queued ability would sometimes not be empowered or consume Fury.
Slice and Dice
- •Re-added a timing issue that could inconsistently cause Slice and Dice to not hit enemies Renekton passes through.
- •Re-added a bug where Slice and Dice's ranges were shorter than intended (400 instead of 450).
- •Re-added a bug where Slice and Dice's dash speeds were slower than intended (650 instead of 750).
Dominus
- •Once again deals an extra tick of damage on-cast.
Broken Wings
- •Bug Fix: Casting it too quickly after one another no longer prevents unit targeting from working properly on casts beyond the first.
Blinding Dart
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where, when blinded by Blinding Dart, Draven critical strikes still dealt the crit portion of their damage.
General
- •Bug Fix: Xayah's warding VO lines are now audible to allies, rather than only her.
