The Gentle Flame
Fired Up! (Innate)
- •Innate: Whenever Milio hits himself or an allied champion with an ability, he enchants the target for 4 seconds, causing their next basic attack or ability to deal 15 to 50% (based on level) of target's AD bonus magic damage and apply a burn that deals 25 to 80 (based on level) (+ 20% AP) magic damage over 1.5 seconds.
Ultra Mega Fire Kick (Q)
- •Active: Milio kicks a fireball in the target direction after a 0.25-second delay that airborne and stun the first enemy hit over 1 second. After collision, the ball bounces once toward the target's location and explodes upon dropping to the ground, dealing 90/135/180/225/270 (+ 90% AP) magic damage to enemies within the area and slow them by 40/45/50/55/60% (+ 5% per 100 AP) for 1.5 seconds.
- •If the primary target is a non-champion, the ball knocks them back further and creates a larger explosion on impact.
- •Milio cannot cast his other abilities during Ultra Mega Fire Kick's delay.
- •Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70.
- •Cooldown: 12 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Range: 1000, Effect Radius: 250 / 190, Width: 60, Speed: 1200.
Cozy Campfire (W)
- •Active: Milio summons an empowerment zone with a fuemigo at the target location or upon the target allied champion or himself for 6 seconds that follows the closest nearby allied champion at the cast location, including himself. Allied champions and Milio within the area gain 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% increased base attack range and heal for 3.2/4.4/5.6/6.8/8 (+ 0.6% AP) every 0.24 seconds over the duration.
- •Cozy Campfire can be recast after 0.5 seconds while the zone is active.
- •Recast: Milio commands the zone to follow himself or the target allied champion to within 150 units and places the recast on a 0.5-second static cooldown.
- •Cozy Campfire may grant Fired Up! upon being summoned and at most once every 3 seconds thereafter. Cozy Campfire will cast at max range if cast beyond that.
- •Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120/130.
- •Cooldown: 29/27/25/23/21 seconds.
- •Cast Time: 0.25 seconds, Target Range: 650 / 700 / 100, Effect Radius: 415.
Warm Hugs (E)
- •Active: Milio envelops himself or the target allied champion in protective flames, granting them a shield for 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 30% AP) and 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% bonus movement speed for 2.5 seconds.
- •Milio periodically stocks a Warm Hugs charge, up to a maximum of 2.
- •Warm Hugs' effects can stack up to 2 times.
- •Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90.
- •Recharge: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds.
- •Static Cooldown: 0.5 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Target Range: 650.
Breath of Life (R)
- •Active: Milio unleashes a wave of soothing flames that affects himself and all nearby allied champions, heal them for 150/250/350 (+ 30% AP), cleanse them of all non-airborne crowd control, and granting them 65% tenacity for 3 seconds.
- •Milio cannot cast his other abilities for 0.75 seconds after Breath of Life's activation.
- •Mana Cost: 100.
- •Cooldown: 160/145/130 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Effect Radius: 700.
Passive damage to targets with Frost increased.
Frost Shot
- •Bonus damage increased to 115% from 110%.

- •Bug Fix: Can no longer mark an enemy Aurelion Sol dashing from Astral Flight with Gloom more than once.
Sovereign's Domination
- •New Effect: Now grants maximum stacks of Pyromania after possessing Annie.
- •Removed: No longer tracks the cooldown of Shurima's Legacy in between possessions of Azir.
Items
Continuing on the past few buffs to mage items, Nashor's Tooth is up next. The item previously represented a complete package for Attack Speed Mages, but that was lost when Mythic Items were meant to be the new first item purchases. While the group of champions this applies to is pretty small, we've adjusted our mindset to be more open to first item Legendaries (see Tank items and Blade of the Ruined King), so Nashor's is being adjusted to fit better in that space.

Bloodthirster is meant to be an opt-in defensive option for when you really need the added durability. It's not meant to be rushed so that your ADC can become a tank before everyone else gets their builds online. A flat nerf, especially in the early game, should push Bloodthirster back a slot.
