  • Undocumented: Wall spread distance cap (each direction) increased to 8000 from 6000.
  • Due to a bug, the changes to the wall-spread speed and distance were only applied to the counter-clockwise missile.

An Acquired Taste

  • Slow changed to 40% at all ranks from 30/40/50/60/70%.
  • Slow duration reduced to 2 seconds from 3.
  • Stun duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.
  • New Effect: Now applies a stack of An Acquired Taste against champions.
  • Does not apply An Acquired Taste damage.
  • Hitting champions with 3 stacks still consumes all their stacks to stun them.
  • New Effect: Range and missile speed now scales up with his size.
  • New Effect: Now heals for 6/7/8/9/10% missing health upon hitting enemy champions.
  • New Effect: Can now Devour enemy champions with three stacks of An Acquired Taste if Tongue Lash hits them.
  • Removed: Can no longer activate Devour to eat minions or jungle monsters.

Abyssal Dive (W)

  • Swapped with Devour.
  • Renamed to Abyssal Dive from Abyssal Voyage.
  • Active: Tahm Kench channel for 1.35 seconds, and upon completion blink to the target location after a 0.15-second delay. Upon arrival, he deals 100/135/170/205/240 (+ 100% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and airborne and stun them for 1 second. Hitting at least 1 enemy champion refunds 30% of the cooldown and mana cost.
  • Enemies can see the indicator of this ability after he has channeled for 0.75 seconds.
  • Allies may travel with Tahm if they are Devour, but can still exit early at any time.
  • Tahm Kench is lockout for 0.65 seconds after the end of the channel.
  • Cooldown: 21/20/19/18/17 seconds.
  • Mana Cost: 60/75/90/105/120.
  • Cast Range: 1000/1050/1100/1150/1200.

Thick Skin

  • Grey health timer increased to 4 seconds from 2.5.
  • Shield duration increased to 2.5 seconds from 2.
  • New Effect: Grey health is now capped at 300% maximum health.
  • Healing changed to 10% maximum health per 0.25 from 12 to 209 (based on level) per 0.8 seconds.

Devour (R)

  • Swapped with Abyssal Voyage.
  • Active: Tahm Kench swallows the target champion for up to 3 seconds, rendering them vanish and lockout, as well as granting them displacement immunity for the duration. Devour can be recast after 1 second, and does so automatically at the end of the duration.
  • Devour will not automatically recast while Tahm Kench is performing Abyssal Dive, and will instead do so after he has finished.
  • If the target is an ally, they are granted a 300/450/600 (+ 100% AP) shield for 2.5 seconds, refreshing after being spat out.
  • Allies can exit at will by inputting a movement command, unless they're immobilize or the recast is on cooldown.
  • Tahm Kench is unable to cast movement spells and is slow by 40/25/10% while an ally is swallowed, but may still cast Abyssal Dive.
  • Allies can see if this spell is ready next to his health bar.
  • If the target is an enemy, they are suppression for the duration and dealt 100/250/400 (+ 15% (+ 5% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health) magic damage after the displacement ends.
  • Devour can only be cast on enemies with 3 stacks of An Acquired Taste, consuming the stacks in the process.
  • Tahm Kench is ground and slow by 40% while an enemy is swallowed.
  • Recast: Tahm Kench airborne the target out in the target direction.
  • Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds.
  • Mana Cost: 100.

On a more serious note, this item gives tanks a unique defensive advantage when sparring against a single target, while also providing offensive CC. This should be especially useful when you’re in a game where you keep encountering the same enemy (or someone you just don’t like).

Effects

  • VOW (ACTIVE): Choose a Nemesis to start building a Vendetta over 60 seconds. Has global range, must be used out of combat, and can be used while dead (90 second cooldown).
  • VENDETTA: Take 1% reduced damage from your Nemesis per Vendetta stack. This damage reduction starts at 0% and stacks up to 30% over 60 seconds.
  • VENGEANCE: At max stacks, your Nemesis has 20% reduced tenacity while near you.

Many fighters struggle to convert leads into wins right now, especially through split pushing. Hullbreaker's goal is to give them a strategic purchase where they can opt into a heavy and powerful split pushing strategy at the cost of being isolated from their team. This item should allow for the split pusher to take down towers and whoever comes to stop them. It also gives them a way to push through tanks and towers, similar to how the old Banner of Command worked, except now they have to stick with the minion to continue barreling down the lane.
