Innate: After completing an champion ability effects, Shen grants himself a shield for 47 - 128.59 (based on level) (+ 13% bonus health) for 2.5 seconds. If Shen affects at least one other champion with an ability, Ki Barrier's cooldown is reduced by 4 - 8 (based on level) seconds.

Shen manifests a Spirit Blade that he can control with Twilight Assault and Spirit's Refuge.

Once it arrives, Shen empowers his next 3 basic attacks within 8 seconds to gain 75 bonus range and deal bonus magic damage on-hit. Against structures, only the flat damage portion is applied.

If the Spirit Blade hits at least one enemy champion during the travel, the attacks are further enhanced to deal increased bonus magic damage and additionally grant Shen 50% bonus attack speed.

Empowered attacks against monsters deal 100% bonus damage, but their total damage is capped.

Shungle is performing better than he is in the top lane, not to mention he's also outperforming many other junglers with one of the best clear speeds in the game, reliable ganks, and a global presence starting at level 6. Given the latter two strengths, we think it's fair to reduce his clear speed in order to keep the other two intact.

Ki Barrier - Innate

The cooldown is reduced by 4 to 7.5 (based on level) seconds whenever his abilities affect an allied or enemy champion.
  • Cooldown: 10 seconds.
  • Spirit Blade: Shen is accompanied by an immobile, untargetable Spirit Blade that is connected to him by a tether. The Spirit Blade remains idle on the ground unless commanded to move or forced to move to Shen's current location when they move too far apart.

Twilight Assault - Q

  • Active: Shen calls his Spirit Blade to himself, slow all enemies along its tether that are facing away from him by 35% for 2 seconds as well as empowering his next three basic attacks to deal 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% (+ 1.5% per 100 AP) of target's max. health bonus damage.
  • If at least one enemy champion was caught in the tether, the bonus damage is increased by 2% (+ 0.5% per 100 AP) of target's max. health and Shen also gains 50% attack speed for those attacks.
  • Non-champions take 30/50/70/90/110 bonus damage.

Spirit's Refuge - W

  • Active: Shen's primes his Spirit Blade for 2 seconds, causing it to project a protective zone around it for 1.75 seconds if he or an allied champion move nearby. Once the zone is active, all allies within the area gain 100% dodge chance for the duration.

Ki Strike (Innate)

  • Every 8 seconds, Shen’s next attack deals bonus damage based on his max health. Being attacked by enemy champions makes this passive occur more frequently.

Vorpal Blade (Q)

  • Hits a target enemy for magic damage, and marks the target for allies to see. Allied units that attack the marked enemy target get healed over several seconds.

Feint (W)

  • Shen defends against the next champion attack or spell, blocking much of the damage from it.

Shadow Dash (E)

  • Shen dashes towards target location, taunting enemies he passes through.
