Rakan LoL Patch NotesPCRakanNEW

Fey Feathers

  • Innate: Rakan's periodically generates a 33 to 254 (based on level) (+ 90% AP) shield. Damaging an enemy champion with a basic attack or ability reduces Fey Feathers cooldown by 1 second.
  • Lover's Leap: If either Rakan or Xayah is Recall, the other may move nearby and activate their own recall to join them. Both reach base at the time of which the initiator's recall ends.
  • Static Cooldown: 40 to 16 (based on level) seconds

Gleaming Quill

  • Active: Rakan slings an enchanted feather forward, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+ 50% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit. If that enemy was a champion or epic monster, a small circular area is marked around Rakan. After a short period of time or if an ally champion comes into contact with the marked area, Rakan heals himself and surrounding allies by 23 to 150 (based on level) (+ 70% AP).
  • Mana Cost: 60
  • Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds

Grand Entrance

  • Active: Rakan dashes forward, landing stylishly at his destination. After a dramatic pause, he leaps into the air, dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+ 50% AP) magic damage and airborne surrounding enemies for 1 second.
  • Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90
  • Cooldown: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds

Battle Dance

  • Active: Rakan leaps to an ally champion, shielding them for 50/85/120/155/190 (+ 80% AP) for 3 seconds. Battle Dance can be re-cast for 5 seconds at no cost. When re-cast, Rakan may select the same target again. If Xayah is the target, Battle Dance is able to be cast from an increased range.
  • Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
  • Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

The Quickness

  • Active: Rakan enchants his coat with a captivating sheen for the next 4 seconds, dealing 100/200/300 (+ 50% AP) magic damage and charm each enemy he touches for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Enemies can only be affected once. Rakan benefits from 50% bonus movement speed for the duration, which is briefly increased to 200% upon first damaging an enemy champion before decaying back down to 50%.

Clean Cuts

  • Innate: After casting an ability, Xayah's next 3 basic attacks strike all enemies along their path, dealing 100% damage to her main target and 50% pass-through damage to other enemies. At her maximum attack range, a Feather will be left in the ground for 6 seconds. Xayah can store up to 5 empowered attacks.
  • Lover's Leap: If either Xayah or Rakan is Recall, the other may move nearby and activate their own recall to join them. Both reach base at the time of which the initiator's recall ends.

Double Daggers

  • Active: After a brief wind-up, Xayah hurls two feather-blades in quick succession in the target direction, and leaving 2 Feathers on the ground at maximum range. The feather-blades deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+ 50% bonus AD) physical damage to all enemies they pass through, reduced to 50% against units beyond the first.
  • Mana Cost: 50
  • Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Deadly Plumage

  • Active: Xayah surrounds herself with a storm of feathers-blades for 4 seconds, granting her 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed, 20% increased damage on her attacks, and 30% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds whenever she attacks a champion. If Rakan is nearby, he will also gain Deadly Plumage, in turn increasing the bonus damage on each of them to 40%.

  • Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds

Bladecaller

  • Active: Xayah recalls all her Feathers, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+ 60% bonus AD) physical damage to enemies they strike on their way toward her, increasing by 0.5% for every 1% of Xayah's Critical Strike Chance. Minions take 50% damage. Each Feather to strike a target deals 10% less damage than the last, with a minimum of 10% damage. Enemies struck by at least 3 Feathers are root for 1 second.

Featherstorm

  • Active: Xayah leaps into the air, becoming briefly untargetable but still able to move. After a short delay, she unleashes a volley of feather-blades forward in a cone, dealing 100/150/200 (+ 100% bonus AD) physical damage to all enemies struck and leaving a line of 5 Feathers at the end of Featherstorm's maximum range.

  • New Effect: Dropping brush directly on top of an epic monster no longer hides it from enemy vision. You can still deny enemy vision of an entire area by creating walls of brush, thereby denying vision of the monster.

  • Cooldown increased to 200/180/160 seconds from 180/150/120.
  • Base shield value reduced to 175/350/525 from 250/550/850.
  • New Effect: Shield now increases by 1% for every 1% of target's missing health, up to 280/560/840 total shield at 40% health.

Tiger Stance

  • Mana cost changed to 50 to 33 (based on level) from 47/44/41/38/35.
  • Removed: Basic attacks dealing 15% AD bonus physical damage.
  • New Effect: Persistent effect now also happen on every third attack after the first.
  • Base damage over time reduced to 30/60/90/120/150 from 30/80/130/180/230.
  • New Effect: New applications of the damage over time effect on a target already affected now deals remaining damage instantly.

Turtle Stance

  • Mana cost changed to 50 to 33 (based on level) from 47/44/41/38/35.
  • Removed: Granting 10/12/14/16/18% life steal.
  • New Effect: First attack and every third attack after heals for 2.5% of maximum health, increased by 1% for every 1% of Udyr's missing health, up to 5% of maximum health

Bear Stance

  • Mana cost changed to 50 to 33 (based on level) from 47/44/41/38/35.
