Much like her fellow Freljordian tank, Sejuani is one of the weaker champions in the game right now, so we're here to deliver a shot in the arm with some cooldown buffs. While we're here, we're also taking a pass on making Top Sejuani and AP Sejuani more viable as well because who doesn't love a good AP Sejuani?

- Cooldown reduced to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds from 19/17.5/16/14.5/13.

- Frost Armor: Sejuani receives Frost Armor if she hasn't taken damage in the last 9 seconds, lingering for 1/2/3 (at level 1/7/14) seconds after taking damage from enemy champions. Frost Armor engulfs Bristle in True Ice, becoming immune to slow and gains 100 (+ 100% total armor) bonus armor and 100 (+ 100% total magic resistance) bonus magic resistance.
- Icebreaker: Enemies stun by Sejuani are frozen. Sejuani's next basic attack or ability against them deals 10/15/20 (at level 1/7/14)% of their maximum health as bonus magic damage, or 400 against minions and monsters.
- Bug Fix: Fixed a bug causing it not to break from instances of damage that were entirely absorbed by a shield.
- Cooldown increased to 15/12/9 (at level 1/7/14) seconds from 9 at all levels.

She then lashes out with her flail after 0.75 seconds in a straight line in the same direction, dealing 40/75/110/145/180 (+ 4.5% maximum health) additional physical damage and briefly slow to all enemies hit. Sejuani can move freely during Winter's Wrath. Both swings will strike in the cast direction, but their hitboxes follow Sejuani's movement.

- Rework: Sejuani throws a True Ice bola in a line, dealing 100/125/150 (+ 40% AP) magic damage and stun for 1 second the first enemy champion that collides with. The bola's base damage increases the further it travels, up to 150/187.5/225. If the bola travels before exploding it stuns enemies hit for 2 seconds. The bola shatters upon collision or reaching maximum range, creating a storm for 2 seconds, slow other enemies by 30%. At the end of the duration the storm shatters the ground, deals 150/250/350 (+ 80% AP) magic damage and slow by 80% for 3 seconds.

Frost (Innate)
- Sejuani's autoattacks apply Frost, reducing enemy movement speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
Arctic Assault (Q)
- Sejuani charges forward to deal magic damage and apply Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops the charge upon colliding with an enemy champion.
Northern Winds (W)
- Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her for 5 seconds which deals magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Damage is increased against enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost.
Permafrost (E)
- Sejuani converts Frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage in that instant and increasing the movement speed reduction dramatically.
Glacial Prison (Ultimate)
- Sejuani throws her weapon in a line in front of her, stunning the first enemy champion it hits. Nearby enemies are stunned for a shorter duration. All targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost.
