Ricochet changed

  • Active: Sivir's next 3 basic attacks bounce to nearby enemies, dealing standard damage to her target and 50/55/60/65/70% of her attack damage to additional enemies hit. Enemies can only be hit once but there is no limit on how many targets can be hit per attack.
  • Cooldown increased to 9/8/7/6/5 seconds from 7/6/5/4/3.

Spell Shield

  • Mana cost reduced to 0 from 75.
  • Mana returned reduced to 60/75/90/105/120 mana from 150.

On the Hunt

  • Passive: Sivir gains 40/60/80% attack speed while Ricochet is active.
  • Active: Sivir rallies her allies for 10 seconds, granting all nearby allies an initial 60% Movement Speed bonus that reduces to 20% after 4 seconds.
  • Cooldown changed to 120/90/60 seconds from 100/90/80.
  • Cast time removed.

  • Mana cost changed to a flat 85 from 50/65/80/95/110.

Spirit Rush

  • Damage reduced to 70/110/150 (+30% AP) from 85/125/165 (+35% AP).
  • Maximum damage to a single target reduced to 210/330/450 (+90% AP) from 255/375/495 (+105% AP).
  • Now has a visual effect while she has charges available.

H-28G Evolution Turret

  • Recharge cooldown reduced to 24/23/22/21/20 seconds from 25 at all ranks.
  • Active: Heimerdinger constructs a turret at the target location that has 125 (+ 25 * Heimerdinger's level) health and attacks the nearest enemy within 525 units with its cannon at 1.75 attack speed, dealing 15/21.75/28.5/35.25/42 (+ 12.5% AP) magic damage per attack. Every 12 seconds (reduced by cooldown reduction), it will fire a laser beam that tears through all enemies in a line, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+ 50% AP) magic damage to each. Turrets will prioritize Heimerdinger's targets and enemies attacking him.
  • Turrets deal 50% damage to enemy lane towers and deactivate after 8 seconds of Heimerdinger leaving their area (1000 units) or dying. Heimerdinger can stock up to 1/1/2/2/3 H-28G Evolution Turret charges and have up to 3 turrets deployed at any point, with the oldest one despawning upon a new one above the limit being deployed.
  • Cost: 20 mana + 1 charge.
  • Cast time: 0.25 seconds, Cast range: 350 units.

Hextech Micro-Rockets

  • Removed: No longer fires 3 rockets that acquire the nearest target(s).
  • Active: Heimerdinger launches a barrage of 5 rockets that converge upon the target location and fan out past it, each damaging the first enemy it hits. Targets take 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 45% AP) magic damage from the first rocket that hits them and 12/18/24/30/36 (+ 12% AP) magic damage from every subsequent rocket that hits them. Against minions, subsequent rockets deal 36/54/72/90/108 (+ 36% AP) each instead.
  • Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana.
  • Cooldown: 11 seconds.
  • Cast time: 0.25 seconds, Range: 1525 (starts 200 units behind Heimerdinger).

CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade

  • Renamed from CH-1 Concussion Grenade.
  • Missile speed increased to 1200 from 750.
  • Removed: No longer blind enemies.
  • Active: Heimerdinger hurls a grenade that explodes at the target location, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+ 60% AP) damage. Enemies in the grenade's explosion area are slowed by 35% for 2 seconds, and ones directly in its center are additionally stunned for 1.25 seconds.
  • Cost: 85 mana.
  • Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds.
  • Target range: 925 units, Effect radius: 210 (slow) / 100 (stun)

UPGRADE!!!

  • Removed - Passive: Heimerdinger gains 10/15/20% Cooldown Reduction.
  • Removed - Active: All live H-28G Evolution Turret heal to maximum health upon cast. For the next 10 seconds, turrets become empowered to fire frost attacks that slow targets by 20/25/30% for 2 seconds, Hextech Micro-Rockets fires 5 missiles instead of 3, and CH-1 Concussion Grenade travels 250 units/second faster (750 to 1000).
  • New - Toggle: (3 second cooldown) Heimerdinger's next basic ability becomes empowered and costs no mana:
  • Cost: 100 mana.
  • Cooldown: 100/85/70 seconds.

  • Ability details:
  • H-28Q Apex Turret - Active: Heimerdinger constructs an improved turret model that lasts for 8 seconds and slows enemies hit by 25% for 2 seconds with its attacks. The Apex turret has 1250 health, 1.05 attack speed and 600 attack range. Its cannon attacks deal 90/110/130 (+ 33% AP) magic damage and its beam attacks deal 225/300/375 (+ 80% AP) magic damage. Both attacks will additionally splash in a small area around their primary target, dealing the same damage. The Apex turret's beam cooldown is halved to 6 seconds.
  • Deployed H-28Q Apex Turrets do not count toward H-28G Evolution Turrets' limit (nor consume a charge).
  • Hextech Rocket Swarm - Active: Heimerdinger unleashes 4 waves of 5 rockets in quick succession; each rocket damages the first enemy it hits. Targets take 135/180/225 (+ 45% AP) magic damage from the first rocket that hits them, 28/39/49 (+ 12% AP) from the second to fifth rocket that hits them and 16.8/23.4/29.4 (+ 6% AP) from every subsequent rocket that hits them. Against minions, each subsequent rocket deals the initial damage again.
  • CH-3X Lightning Grenade - Active: Heimerdinger hurls a massive grenade, which bounces 3 times in the cast direction to deal 150/200/250 (+ 60% AP) magic damage. Both the slow and stun area are larger, and the stun lasts 1.5 seconds instead.
