League of Legends Patch 10.16 was released on Aug 4, 2020. This update included changes to 42 champions, with 13 buffs, 9 nerfs, 19 adjustments.

The Unforgotten
Way of the Hunter (Innate)
- •Innate - Intent: Yone doubles his total critical strike chance from all other sources, but his critical strike only deal (80% + Infinity Edge) AD bonus physical damage.
- •Innate - Purpose: Yone's basic attacks alternate between using his Steel Sword and Azakana Sword on-attack. Yone begins attacking with his Steel Sword, and basic attacks with the Azakana Sword deal 50% AD physical damage and 50% AD magic damage.
Mortal Steel (Q)
- •Active: Yone thrusts his Steel Sword in the target direction, dealing 20/45/70/95/120 (+ 100% AD) physical damage to enemies hit and applying on-hit and on-attack effects to the first enemy hit. Mortal Steel can critically strike for (60% + Infinity Edge) AD bonus physical damage.
- •If Mortal Steel hits an enemy with the thrust, Yone gains a Gathering Storm stack for 6 seconds.
- •While Yone has two stacks of Gathering Storm, Mortal Steel consumes the stacks to instead cause him to dash a fixed distance in the target direction and unleash a whirlwind travelling the same direction, both dealing the same damage and airborne all enemies hit in their path for 0.75 seconds.
- •Mortal Steel's thrust is interrupt if Yone is affected by hard crowd control during the cast time but its cooldown is reset to 0.1 seconds.
- •Target Range: 475 / 450 / 950.
- •Effect Radius: 100.
- •Width: 160.
- •Speed: 1500.
- •Cast Time: 0.4 to 0.133 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds.
- •Static Cooldown: 4 to 1.33333 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds.
Spirit Cleave (W)
- •Active: Yone cleaves with his Azakana Sword in the target direction, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 11/12/13/14/15% of target's maximum health) damage to enemies hit in a cone, with equal parts of physical damage and magic damage. The total mixed damage has a minimum threshold of 40 to 410 (based on level) against minions and monsters.
- •Yone shields himself for 40 to 60 (based on level) (+ 60% AD) for 1.5 seconds if Spirit Cleave hits an enemy, increased by 100/125/150/175/200% (based on number of enemy champions hit).
- •Effect Radius: 600.
- •Angle: 80 degrees.
- •Cast Time: 0.5 to 0.1875 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds.
- •Static Cooldown: 16 to 6 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds.
Soul Unbound (E)
- •Yone dash a fixed distance in the target direction, gaining Spirit Form for 5 seconds as well as creating an untargetability clone a short distance behind the cast location, though not sending it through terrain. After a 0.5-second delay, Yone can recast Soul Unbound.
- •Spirit Form: Yone's resets Way of the Hunter state, gains 10 to 30% (based on time active) bonus movement speed and marks champions damaged with basic attacks or abilities. Each mark stores 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% of the post-mitigation physical damage and magic damage that Yone deals to them with his basic attacks and abilities.
- •Recast: Yone becomes displacement immune and, after a brief cast time, dashes back to his body, detonates the marks of each champion to deal true damage equal to the stored amount against them, and cleanse himself from all crowd control effects except disarm, ground, nearsight, silence, and slow.
- •After the duration ends or upon death, Soul Unbound will recast automatically.
- •Target Range: 300.
- •Effect Radius: Global.
- •Speed: 1200.
- •Cast Time: None / 0.25 seconds.
- •Cooldown: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds.
Fate Sealed (R)
- •Active: Yone winds up a forward strike, then blinks in the target direction. After 0.125 seconds, all enemies within a wide linear area are stun for 0.15 seconds, then immediately dealt 200/400/600 (+ 80% AD) damage, with equal parts of physical damage and magic damage, and airborne towards Yone's blinking position and subsequently airborne for 0.75 seconds.
- •Yone will attempt to blink a certain distance beyond the last enemy champion hit. If no enemy champions are hit, Yone will instead blink to maximum range.
- •Target Range: 1000 / 1000 / 200.
- •Cast Time: 0.75 seconds.
- •Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds.
Q base damage increased. E damage type changed.
Five Point Strike
- •Base damage increased to 35/60/85/110/135 from 30/55/80/105/130.
Shuriken Flip
- •Damage type changed to magic from physical.
E bonus movement speed increased over time.
Devastating Charge
- •Bonus movement speed increased to 25 to 100% (based on time active) from 25 to 75% (based on time active).
E cooldown decreased.
Counter Strike
- •Cooldown reduced to 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds from 16/14/12/10/8.
Passive final shot critical damage against structures increased.
Whisper
- •Final shot AD ratio against structures increased to 150% AD from 120% AD.
Q damage increased. R total shots fired increased.
Piercing Light
- •Base damage increased to 95/130/165/200/235 from 85/120/155/190/225.
The Culling
- •Shots fired increased to 22/28/34 from 20/25/30.
Q damage increased; bloom damage increased.
Blooming Burst
- •Initial base damage increased to 80/125/170/215/260 from 70/115/160/205/250.
- •Bloom base damage increased to 40/60/80/100/120 from 35/55/75/95/115.
Q total damage ratio increased; cost decreased.
Crystal Slash
- •AD ratio increased to 20% AD from 15% AD.
- •Mana cost reduced to 10 from 15.
E now deals 1% increased damage per 3% critical strike chance.
Explosive Charge
- •New Effect: Damage is now increased by 0 to 33.3% (based on critical strike chance).
Base magic resist increased. R base damage increased later.
General
- •Updated voice over.

- •Base magic resistance increased to 32 from 30.
Last Breath
- •Base damage increased to 200/350/500 from 200/300/400.
Passive bonus damage ratio now flat; maximum damage to structures increased.
Short Fuse
- •AP ratio increased to 50% AP at all levels from 30/40/50% AP.
- •Bonus damage against structures increased to 150% from 100%.
Q bonus attack speed decreased later.
Ranger's Focus
- •Bonus attack speed reduced to 20/25/30/35/40% from 20/30/40/50/60%.
Base health decreased. W maximum heal decreased.

- •Base health reduced to 560 from 575.
Caretaker's Shrine
- •Maximum base heal reduced to 55/95/135/175/215 from 70/110/150/190/230.
Q cost now flat; cooldown increased.
Inner Flame
- •Mana cost changed to 65 at all ranks from 50/55/60/65/70.

Taste Their Fear
- •Isolation bonus damage reduced to 110% from 120%.

Super Mega Death Rocket!
- •Bug Fix: Damage is no longer capped at 375.
Lightning Rush
- •Bug Fix: Killing the clone from Hallucinate and dying to the detonation no longer causes the ability to be permanently swapped to the recast.

- •Bug Fix: Walking and running animations no longer loop when inputting movement commands.
Passive cooldown increased; enemy champions and monsters on-hit cooldown refund increased.
Umbra Blades
- •Cooldown increased to 14 seconds from 10.
- •Cooldown reduction against champions and monsters increased to 3 seconds from 2.

The Quickness
- •Initial bonus movement speed increased to 75% from 50%.
- •Undocumented: Bonus movement speed from colliding with first enemy champion reduced to 75% from 100%.
Queen's Wrath
- •Bug Fix: Empowered attacks no longer fizzle if used on an enemy shortly after casting Void Rush.
Arctic Assault
- •Bug Fix: Now properly triggers Electrocute after basic attacking an enemy champion after hitting them.
Stand United
- •Bug Fix: Can no longer undo item purchases before the channel completes.
Dragon's Descent
- •Bug Fix: Now properly grants two stacks of Conqueror after hitting an enemy champion while Burnout is active.
Fleet of Foot
- •Bug Fix: SFX has been restored across all skins, including the base.
