Devastating Charge
- •Movement speed bonus changed to stack Multiplicatively from Additively.
- •New Effect: airborne distance increases with the distance traveled by Hecarim over the duration.
- •airborne distance changed to 250 – 450 from 300.
- •New Effect: Now displays Devastating Charge's level of knockback and speed on the buff bar.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Devastating Charge would move Hecarim while rooted.
Golden Aegis
- •Cooldown reduced to 12 seconds at all ranks from 20/18/16/14/12.
Cataclysm
- •Mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 100/125/150.
- •New Effect: Damage is dealt to both the main target and enemies within the Cataclysm area.
- •Bug Fix: Damage from Cataclysm is now properly blocked by spellshields.
Flail of the Northern Winds
- •Increased the speed at which Sejuani's basic attack is reset.
Permafrost
- •Damage increased to 80/105/130/155/180 from 60/90/120/150/180.
Glacial Prison
- •Range indicator now includes the explosion radius.
Stand United
- •New Effect: Increased the visibility of Shen's shield when channeling.
- •New Effect: The targeted ally's screen is now color-tinted during Stand United's channel.
- •Bug Fix: No longer continues channeling through the revive effect of Chronoshift.
Excessive Force
- •Mana cost reduced to 40/45/50/55/60 from 60 at all ranks.
- •Base damage increased to 10/30/50/70/90 from 5/20/35/50/65.
Riptide
- •Base damage reduced to 55/85/115/145/175 from 60/95/130/165/200.
- •Maximum base damage reduced to 110/170/230/290/350 from 120/190/260/330/400.
Shadow Assault
- •Cooldown increased to 100/80/60 seconds from 75/65/55.
- •Mana cost increased to 100 at all ranks from 80/90/100.
General
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that allowed Azir to queue up basic ability combos without sufficient mana for all involved abilities.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed various cases where Azir could unintentionally cancel or be entirely locked out of his basic attack.
- •Bug Fix: Azir's abilities can now be queued during basic attacks.
- •Bug Fix: Sun Discs now appear on the minimap.
Arise!
- •Bug Fix: Now properly triggers a 1.5 second internal cooldown when used on turrets.
- •Bug Fix: Sand soldiers beyond the first now properly deal less damage when attacking the same target.
- •Bug Fix: Sand soldiers' attacks will no longer fail to deal damage to their original target if Azir directs his soldiers to switch to an out-of-range target during their in-progress attack (targets that move out of range will still avoid damage)
- •Bug Fix: Azir is no longer briefly locked out of his abilities if a Sand Soldier's target dies mid-attack.
Leap of Faith
- •Bug Fix: Tentacles spawned by Leap of Faith no longer fail to attack Harsh Lesson targets the moment before expiring.
General
- •Attack speed growth increased to 3.5% from 1.5%.
Caustic Spittle
- •Mana cost reduced to 40 from 60.
Bio-Arcane Barrage
- •Removed: Passive attack speed.
- •Removed: Minimum damage threshold.
- •New Effect: Bonus damage has a base value of 5/10/15/20/25. Percentage health component unchanged.
- •Bug Fix: On-hit effects dealt significantly reduced damage while Bio-Arcane Barrage was active.
Iron Man
- •Bug Fix: Shield is now properly multiplied by the Runic Armor mastery bonus.
Heartseeker Strike
- •Base damage reduced to 80/130/180/230/280 from 80/140/200/260/320
- •AD ratio reduced to 300% Bonus AD from 360% Bonus AD
- •Damage against non-champions increased to 60% from 50%.
- •Base damage increased to 48/78/108/138/168 from 40/70/100/130/160. AD ratio vs. non-champions unchanged.
- •Clarity: Tooltip reworded for better understanding.
Grand Skyfall
- •Reduced cooldown upon cancelling increased to 30 seconds from 10.
- •Mana cost reduced to 100 from 125.
- •Removed: Mana refund if cancelled.
Blinding Assault
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where some empowered basic attacks would miss while nearsight.
Ruthless Predator
- •Bug Fix: No longer occasionally fizzles.
Slice and Dice
- •Dice's Fury gained per non-champion hit reduced to 2 from 2.5
- •New Effect: Both dashes produce Fury.
Dominus
- •Bonus health changed to 250/500/750 from 200/400/800.
Electro Harpoon
- •Bug Fix: If Rumble Overheats by casting Electro Harpoon, casting a second charge while Overheated no longer causes heat to continue rapidly draining after Overheated ends.
Starcall
- •Mana cost reduced to 40 from 70/75/80/85/90.
- •Cooldown reduced to 5 seconds at all ranks from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5.
- •Radius reduced to 235 from 265.
- •Removed: Epicenter effect. Increased damage and slow.
- •New Effect: slow at all times.
- •New Effect: Striking at least one enemy champion grants Rejuvenation for 4 seconds. This buff is non-stacking.
- •Rejuvenation: Restores 14/16/18/20/22 (+ 10% AP) health per second for a total of 56/64/72/80/88 (+ 40% AP), and grants 15% bonus movement speed when not moving towards enemy champions.
- •Removed: Heal scaling with missing health.
Astral Infusion
- •Base heal reduced to 80/110/140/170/200 from 120/150/180/210/240.
- •Removed: Passive component. Reintegrated as the Rejuvenation buff for Starcall.
- •New Effect: If cast while affected by Rejuvenation, Soraka will replicate the Rejuvenation buff to the target ally for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds scaling with Starcall's rank.
- •Removed: Can no longer target minions.
Abyssal Voyage
- •Bug Fix: Can no longer cast while root.
Pick a Card
- •Bug Fix: The cards in the overhead indicator of Cutpurse weren't dimming out as the ability cycled, making it difficult to tell which card would be locked if Pick a card was reactivated.
Stats
- •Base damage increased 54.05 from 52.05.
Terror Capacitor
- •Duration reduced to 5 seconds from 7.
- •New Effect: Can now be cast while channeling Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser.
Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser
- •New Effect: Enemies within 375-range from Urgot will flee for 1.5 seconds on the arrival point, excluding his target.
