Recipe: Kindlegem + Cloth Armor + Null-Magic Mantle + 500 gold = 2000 gold.
Stats: 200 health, 15 ability haste, 20 armor, 20 magic resistance.
Unique Passive - Fanfare: Slowing or immobilizing an enemy champion grants Fanfare for 8 seconds. Fanfare grants you 20 bonus movement speed. While you have Fanfare, nearby allies, including yourself, gain 30% bonus attack speed.
