PCLux was last adjusted in Patch 26.4 (). Across 81 patches, Lux has received 23 buffs, 5 nerfs, 52 adjustments since release in Patch 1.0.0.103.

Lux is straightforward to play, which means she should look quite strong in the hands of most players. Unfortunately, she isn't doing particularly well, especially as a support. Our changes this patch are a mix of skewing her base stats to be more synergistic with the World Atlas and a direct injection of power aimed at making both her primary roles better.
Stats
- Base mana reduced to 440 from 480.
- Base mana regeneration increased to 9 from 7.

Lux is a dominant champion and a bit too unassailable with her long-range onslaught of spells and CC. We've previously made some changes in Arena to help her out, and we're looking to pull some of that back.
General

- New Effect: Casting Final Spark refreshes the marks of all marked enemies to 1.25 seconds if they are within a certain distance of the ability's casting position and have a mark with a remaining duration of less than 1 second.

On top of her long range and wide array of defensive utility, Lux was also among the fastest ranged champions in the game. These changes force Lux to be more mindful of her timing and positioning as opponents now have more opportunities to capitalize on her mistakes.

Illumination (Innate)
- Lux's damaging spells illuminate the target for 6 seconds. Lux's next attack ignites the debuff, dealing magic damage to the target.
Light Binding (Q)
- Fires a ball of light towards a target location, binding the units hit. The units take magic damage. Can hit up to two targets with the second target receiving a reduced effect.
Prismatic Barrier (W)
- Lux throws her wand and bends the light around any friendly target it touches, protecting them from enemy damage.
Lucent Singularity (E)
- Creates a zone that slows enemy units (zone lasts 5 seconds). Can be detonated to deal magic damage to enemies in the area.
Finales Funkeln (Ultimate)
- After a short delay, Lux fires a beam of light in front of her dealing damage to all enemy units in the area.
