Second Skin (Innate)
- •Innate: Kai'Sa's basic attacks deal 7 to 12 (based on level) (+ 1 to 9 (based on level) per Plasma stack) (+ 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% (at level 0/1/2/3/4) (based on Plasma stacks) AP) bonus magic damage.
- •Caustic Wounds: Kai'Sa's basic attacks, Void Seeker and nearby allies' immobilize effects mark enemies with Plasma for 4 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. At 4 Plasma, Kai'Sa's next attack ruptures the target, dealing 15% to 20% (based on level) (+ 2.5% per 100 AP) of target's missing health as bonus magic damage, capped at 400 against monsters.
- •Living Weapon: When reaching a certain amount of stat from items and base stats, Kai'Sa can evolve the related basic ability. This has a channel time of 2 seconds, and the upgrade is canceled if the said amount of stat isn't reached anymore.
Icathian Rain (Q)
- •Active: Kai'Sa releases a swarm of 6 missiles that evenly distributes among nearby enemies, each dealing 45/61.25/77.5/93.75/110 (+ 40% bonus AD) (+ 20% AP) physical damage. Non-minions take 30% damage from missiles beyond their first. Minions below 35% health take 100% increased damage.
- •Second Skin: Requires 100 bonus attack damage to upgrade – Icathian Rain fires 12 missiles.
- •Mana Cost: 55
- •Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Void Seeker (W)
- •Active: After a 0.5-second delay, Kai'Sa fires a Void blast in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy hit, dealing 20/45/70/95/120 (+ 150% AD) (+ 65% AP) magic damage, true sight for 4 seconds and applying 2 Plasma.
- •Second Skin: Requires 100 ability power to upgrade – Void Seeker applies 3 Plasma and refunds 50% of the cooldown against enemy champions.
- •Target Range: 2500
- •Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70/75
- •Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds
Supercharge (E)
- •Active: Kai'Sa disarm for 1.5 to 0.75 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds, during which gains 40/45/50/55/60% bonus movement speed, increased by 0% to 100% (based on bonus attack speed).
- •After charging up, Kai'Sa gains 40/50/60/70/80% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.
- •Kai'Sa's basic attacks reduce Supercharge's cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
- •Second Skin: Requires 100% bonus attack speed to upgrade – Supercharge grants invisibility for 0.5 seconds.
- •Mana Cost: 30
- •Cooldown: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds
Killer Instinct (R)
- •Active: Kai'Sa dashes to a target location near an enemy champion with Plasma and shields herself for 75/100/125 (+ 100/150/200% AD) (+ 75% AP) for 3 seconds.
- •Target Range: 1500/2000/2500
- •Mana Cost: 100
- •Cooldown: 110/90/70 seconds
Whisper
- •Passive attack damage increased to 4% to 44% (based on level) from 2% to 40% (based on level).
Dancing Grenade
- •AD ratio increased to 40/47.5/55/62.5/70% AD from 40/45/50/55/60% AD.
Deadly Flourish
- •New Effect: Any of Jhin's damage now marks enemy champions with Caught Out, allowing the root with Deadly Flourish.
Umbra Blades
- •Base heal changed to 15 to 40 (based on level) from 10/18/26 (at level 1/7/13).
- •New Effect: Basic attacks against enemy champion now instead reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds per hit.
Duskbringer
- •Missile speed increased to 1600 from 1400.
Shroud of Darkness
- •New Effect: If Shroud of Darkness is active when Nocturne re-casts Paranoia to dash to a target, it'll stay active until Nocturne reaches his target.
Paranoia
- •Enemy nearsight and recast duration increased to 6 seconds from 4.
Reckless Swing
- •Cooldown reduced to 11/10/9/8/7 seconds from 12/11/10/9/8.
- •AD ratio increased to 50% AD from 40% AD.
Ragnarok
- •Active bonus AD reduced to 15/20/25 from 40/60/80.
- •New Effect: Active bonus AD now scales with 30% AD.
Unseen Predator
- •Ferocity fall-off timer increased to 8 seconds from 6.
- •New Effect: Only the spell used to gain full Ferocity is locked out.
- •Lockout duration on gaining full Ferocity for Savagery and Bola Strike reduced to 0.1 seconds from 0.25.
Savagery
- •Base damage increased to 30/60/90/120/150 from 20/50/80/110/140.
- •AD ratio changed to 0/5/10/15/20% AD from 10% AD at all ranks.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where the empowered attack frame was slightly faster than base Savagery.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Tiamat could sometimes cause his basic attacks to use Savagery's animation.
- •Bug Fix: If Rengar was basic attacking a target before casting a spell, he'll now continue stabbing them when the spell completes rather than forgetting what he was doing and standing around awkwardly.
Bola Strike
- •New Effect: If Rengar presses Savagery or Battle Roar during Bola Strike's cast time, he'll now buffer those spells and cast them when Bola Strike completes.
Thrill of the Hunt
- •New Effect: Rengar's true vision now lingers on his target until the leap completes, rather than when the leap starts.
Death's Hand
- •Cooldown reduced to 5.5/4.75/4/3.25/2.5 seconds from 7.5/6.25/5/3.75/2.5.
Vision of Empire
- •Effect radius increased to 325 from 265.
Nevermove
- •Radius increased to 100 from 70.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Nevermove was starting its return a frame too slowly.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Nevermove would sometimes not root its primary target hit by the return portion.
Demonic Ascension
- •New Effect: Demon Flare now passes through champions. Effects like Wind Wall and Unbreakable still block the portion of the nova they intercept.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where his ultimate cooldown indicator was displaying as always available to his allies.
Contaminate
- •Base damage increased to 20/30/40/50/60 from 20/25/30/35/40.
Stats
- •Base attack range increased to 550 from 525.
Paddle Star!
- •Base damage increased to 50/75/100/125/150 from 45/60/75/90/105.
- •New Effect: Base damage now also increases by 7 to 50 (based on level).
- •AP ratio increased to 60% AP from 20% AP.
- •Removed: No longer applies More Sparkles! damage to the first unit hit.
- •New Effect: Now deals 20% reduced damage to enemies not directly hit.
Spell Thief
- •Bubble acquisition range increased to 550 from 525.
- •Base damage increased to 75/120/165/210/255 from 70/115/160/205/250.
- •AP ratio increased to 75% AP from 60% AP.
Conquering Sands
- •Base damage reduced to 60/80/100/120/140 from 70/95/120/145/170.
Winds of War
- •Mana cost increased to 70/85/100/115/130 from 70/75/80/85/90.
- •Cooldown increased to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds from 10/9/8/7/6.
Headbutt
- •Bug Fix: Can now correctly queue up orders other than Pulverize during Headbutt.

Forecast
- •Bug Fix: "I'm live at the scene and it's just... cats and dogs here" VO line once again plays at the beginning of the match if conditions are met.
Dark Star
- •Bug Fix: Recall VFX no longer appear underground when he uses Zhonya's Hourglass.
Light Binding
- •Bug Fix: Projectile now visually disappears after it hits a second target, since it doesn't actually do anything after that point.
Spell Flux
- •Base damage increased to 70/90/110/130/150 from 50/75/100/125/150.
- •New Effect: Spreading Spell Flux now only deals 50% damage.
Realm Warp
- •Cooldown increased to 180 seconds from 120.
Roar of the Slayer
- •Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that made Roar of the Slayer's pass-through damage radius much wider than intended.
- •Bug Fix: Jungle monsters launched by Roar of the Slayer now properly damage enemy champions.
