Decimating Smash
- •Bug Fix: No longer prevents Soul Furnace and its Soul Furnace 2 from being cast for a brief moment after releasing the charge.
Roar of the Slayer
- •Bug Fix: No longer locks Sion out of attacking, moving and casting movement spells for up-to 0.25 seconds after the missile is fired.
- •This fixes several bugs where non-crowd control effects that prevent Sion from attacking or moving (e.g. Decimating Smash, Teleport) were having those disables ignored for 0.25 seconds after the disable from Roar of the Slayer wore off.
- •Moving during Decimating Smash for this reason cancelled the channel.
Unstoppable Onslaught
- •Bug Fix: Stun duration is no longer 0.75/1.08333/1.41667/1.75 (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on channel time) seconds instead of the normal 0.25/0.75/1.25/1.75 (at level 0/1/2/3) (based on channel time) when colliding with Unstoppable Onslaught 2.
- •Bug Fix: Fixed an oversight where the server would still accept attack move commands to alter Sion's otherwise-restricted movement.
- •This fixes an exploit where cheaters could deliberately input these orders through their means to fully control Sion's movement.
- •Delayed attack move packets can thus also no longer change Sion's movement during Unstoppable Onslaught a single time.

Boomerang Blade
- •Bug Fix: Cast time reduced to 0.25 to 0.1 (based on bonus attack speed) from 0.25/0.231/0.198/0.188 (at level 0%/36.4508%/99.7602%/119.9%) (based on bonus attack speed).
- •Due to the cast time effectively rounding up to full game ticks, at undisturbed game tick interval times the technical minimum cast time is now 0.1 reached at 94.4% bonus attack speed, from 0.1875 reached at 99.8% bonus attack speed.
Ricochet
- •Damage against minions reduced to 65% from 80%.
- •New Effect: Bounces now execute minions that are left below 15 health.
Base health regeneration increased. Passive health regeneration per stack decreased.

- •Base health regeneration increased to 3.5 from 2.5.
Stone Skin
- •Health regeneration reduced to 0.35% maximum health from 0.5%.
- •Maximum health regeneration reduced to 2.1% maximum health from 3%.
Mortal Steel
- •Bug Fix: VFX while at 2 stacks of Gathering Storm no longer disappears earlier than intended.
Soul Unbound
- •Bug Fix: Recast can no longer be buffered with other abilities while it is being delayed by either The Hextech Ultimatum or Realm of Death.
- •The recast is still disabled while affected by either of them.
Q Passive adjusted. R bonus magic damage decreased.
Basic Attack
- •Removed: Uncharged basic attacks no longer deal 600% damage against targets below 35% maximum health.
- •Damage at 600% was equivalent to 60 to 150 (based on level) (+ 18% AP).
- •New Effect: Uncharged basic attacks now execute targets below 60 to 150 (based on level) (+ 18% AP) health.
- •Does not execute if the target is shielded or invulnerable.
Lightning Crash
- •Chain lightning base damage reduced to 5/10/15 from 10/15/20.
Items
Sunfire Aegis has started to emerge as a powerful second item for DPS champions. While Fighters have dipped into other Tank items before, Sunfire offers the most stats and potent damage compared to other options. We're adjusting Sunfire so its damage output is more strongly tied to health stacking.
