Stats

Perseverance

  • Health regeneration changed to 1.5 to 10.1% (based on level) of his maximum health from 2/8% (at level 1/11).
  • Removed: Regeneration no longer doubles while below 25/50% (at level 1/11) of his maximum health.
  • Cooldown changed to 7 seconds at all levels from 9/4 (at level 1/11).
  • Removed: Non-epic monsters no longer interrupt regeneration before level 11.

Decisive Strike

  • New Effect: Now scales with his attack speed, behaving more similarly to a basic attack.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where when he is slowed, Decisive Strike's lockout time dramatically increased.

Courage

  • Resistances per stack reduced to 0.25 from 0.33.
  • Resistances cap reduced to 30 from 50.
  • Minion kills to max stacks reduced to 120 from 150.
  • New Active Effect: Grants a 10% of maximum health shield for the first 0.75 seconds.
  • Removed: No longer reduces damage by 60% for the first 0.75 seconds.

Judgment

  • Number of spins changed to 7 plus 1 per 20% bonus attack speed from 5 to 10 (based on level).
  • Only counts bonus attack speed from items and levels.
  • Base damage per spin reduced to 8/12/16/20/24 from 14/18/22/26/30.
  • New Effect: Now has an additional base damage per spin of 0 to 8.2 (based on level).
  • AD ratio per spin reduced to 32/34/36/38/40% AD from 36/37/38/39/40% AD.
  • Removed: No longer deals 33% bonus damage when hitting a single target.
  • New Effect: Now deals 25% bonus damage per tick to the nearest enemy.
  • Hits needed to shred armor increased to 6 from 4.
  • New Effect: Now grants stacks of Conqueror on each spin.

Demacian Justice

  • Removed: No longer marks the enemy with the most kills in the last 5 minutes as the Villain. Basic attacks and Judgment no longer deal 1% of the Villain's maximum health as bonus true damage. Demacian Justice's damage is no longer converted to true damage against the Villain.
  • New Effect: Now grants sight of the target for 1 second.
  • Damage type changed to true from magic.
  • Base damage reduced to 150/300/450 from 175/350/525.
  • Health ratio reduced to 20/25/30% of the target's missing health from 28.6/34.3/40%.

Backstab

  • New Innate Effect: Basic attacks, Deceive, and Two-Shiv Poison have additional effects when striking an enemy from behind.
  • Basic attacks deal an additional 10 to 25 (based on level) (+ 15% bonus AD) bonus physical damage. This damage can critical strike.
  • Deceive critical strike for 30% bonus damage.
  • Two-Shiv Poison deals an additional 15 to 50 (based on level) (+ 10% AP) bonus magic damage.
  • Old Innate: Basic attacking an enemy from behind critical strike for (30% + Infinity Edge) AD (+ 40% AP) physical damage​, increased to (100% + Infinity Edge) AD (+ 40% AP) against monsters.

Deceive

  • Stealth duration changed to 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds from 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5.
  • Cooldown reduced to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14.
  • Removed: Cooldown is no longer reduced by 2.5 seconds if Shaco attacks an enemy.
  • Base damage increased to 25/35/45/55/65 from 10/20/30/40/50.
  • AD ratio reduced to 25% bonus AD from 40% bonus AD.
  • Removed: No longer scales with 30% AP.
  • New Effect: Bonus damage can now critical strike.

Jack in the Box

  • New Effect: Now fires at all nearby enemies, dealing 15/20/25/30/35 (+ 10% AP) magic damage per attack, but increased to 35/50/65/80/95 (+ 20% AP) if it is attacking only one enemy.
  • Fear duration against non-champions increased to 2 seconds from 0.5.
  • Feared movement speed for minions and monsters reduced to 60 from 100.

Two-Shiv Poison

  • Damage type changed to magic from physical.
  • Base damage increased to 70/95/120/145/170 from 55/80/105/130/155.
  • AD ratio changed to 80% bonus AD at all ranks from 60/75/90/105/120% bonus AD.
  • AP ratio reduced to 60% AP from 75% AP.
  • Removed: Damage is no longer increased by 0 to 50% (based on target's missing health).
  • New Effect: Now deals 50% increased damage to targets below 30% of their maximum health.

Hallucinate

  • Jack in the Box now trigger instantly upon clone death.
  • Explosion base damage reduced to 150/225/300 from 200/300/400.
  • Explosion AP ratio reduced to 70% AP from 100% AP.
  • New Effect: Jack in the Box now fire at all nearby enemies, dealing 10/20/30 (+ 10% AP) magic damage per attack, but increased to 25/50/75 (+ 15% AP) if it is attacking only one enemy.
  • Fear duration changed to 1 second at all ranks from 0.75/1/1.25.

Glorious Evolution

  • Bug Fix: Prototype Hex Core (and its upgrades) stats now update upon purchasing an upgrade rather than when Viktor levels up.

Siphon Power

  • Removed: Shield no longer scales with 8% of his maximum mana.
  • New Effect: Now has a base shield of 30 to 115 (based on level).

Gravity Field

  • Augment renamed to Augment: Magnetize from Augment: Implosion.
  • Removed: No longer drags stunned units to the center.
  • New Effect: Viktor's non-periodic abilities now slow by 20% for 1 second. Does not trigger with subsequent hits of Chaos Storm.

Death Ray

  • Bug Fix: Augment: Aftershock explosion width increased to 90 units from 80.

Chaos Storm

  • New Effect: Storm now follows the targeted enemy champion even if Viktor dies.
  • New Effect: Can now cross walls.
  • Tick interval reduced to 1 second from 2.
  • Number of ticks increased to 6 from 3.
  • Tick base damage reduced to 65/105/145 from 130/210/290.
  • Tick AP ratio reduced to 45% AP from 85% AP.
  • Augment renamed to Augment: Perfect Storm from Augment: Velocity.
  • Augment: Perfect Storm bonus storm movement speed increased to 25% from 20%.
