If this damages an enemy, Hecarim gains a stack of Rampage for 8 seconds, refreshing on subsequent damage and stacking up to 3 times. Each stack increases Rampage's damage by 3% (+ 3% per 100 bonus AD) and reduces its base cooldown by 0.75 seconds, up to a 9% (+ 9% per 100 bonus AD) damage increase and a 2.25 -second reduction of the base cooldown at maximum stacks. Stacks expire one by one every 1 second when the duration ends.

During this time, Hecarim's next basic attack is replaced by a Devastating Charge, empowering it to gain 50 - 250 (based on level) bonus range and cause him to dash in the target's direction, standard sight them for 1 second. If the target remains nearby during the dash, the ghosting and bonus movement speed ends prematurely and Hecarim airborne 150 - 350 (based on level) units, though not through terrain, stun them for 0.25 seconds, and deals them modified physical damage, increased by 0% - 100% (based on level).

Devastating Charge can critically strike for Hecarim AD bonus physical damage.

Devastating Charge basic attack reset Hecarim's basic attack timer. Hecarim can cast any of his champion ability during the dash. Devastating Charge's duration is paused during Onslaught of Shadows.

Active: Hecarim dash with displacement immunity to the target location and summons 5 spectral riders in an arrow formation that charge alongside him in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies in their path and standard sight them for 2.5 seconds.

Upon arrival, he fear nearby enemies for 0.75 - 1.5 (based on level) seconds and slow them by 0 / 0 to 99% .

The wave of spectral riders travels independently of Hecarim and will always charge at the same distance.

Hecarim isn't doing very well in the new season so he's got a buff coming up. We're doing this by giving him a strong mid game power spike that he can use to try to run the map and get his team a lead. And even if he fails to do so, at least he's got slightly better base damage to fall back on. For those who don't want to do the math, the net result of both Q changes is a strict buff until around 225 bonus AD.

  • Hecarim gains increasing movement speed for a short duration. His next attack knocks the target back and deals additional physical damage based on the distance he has traveled since activating the ability.

Onslaught of Shadows (Ultimate)

  • Hecarim summons spectral riders and charges forward, dealing magic damage in a line. Hecarim creates a shockwave when he finishes his charge, dealing additional magic damage to nearby enemies, causing them to flee in terror.
