  • New Effect: Cast time now matches basic attack time instead of being flat 0.25 seconds.

Strut

  • Mana cost reduced to 35 from 45.
  • Bonus attack speed increased to 50/65/80/95/110% from 40/55/70/85/100%.

Make It Rain

  • Cooldown increased to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds from 18/16/14/12/10.
  • Base damage reduced to 70/100/130/160/190 from 80/115/150/185/220.
  • Damage AP ratio increased to 100% AP from 80% AP.
  • Slow changed to 50% at all ranks from 40/45/50/55/60%.
  • New Effect: Slow now scales with 4% per 100 AP.

  • Damage amplification bonus AD ratio per stack increased to 6% per 100 bonus AD from 3%.
  • Maximum damage amplification bonus AD ratio increased to 18% per 100 bonus AD from 6%.
  • Mana cost changed to 30 at all ranks from 28/31/34/37/40.
  • Undocumented: Stack duration increased to 8 seconds from 6.
  • New Effect: Stacks now expire by one every 1 second instead of all at once upon expiration.

Spirit of Dread

  • Cooldown increased to 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds from 14 at all ranks.
  • New Effect: Now grants him 15/20/25/30/35 bonus armor and bonus magic resistance while active.

Devastating Charge

  • Minimum bonus AD ratio reduced to 50% bonus AD from 55%.
  • Maximum bonus AD ratio reduced to 100% bonus AD from 110%.
  • Knock back distance reduced to 150 to 350 (based on distance traveled) units from 250 to 450 (based on distance traveled).
  • Cooldown changed to 18 seconds at all ranks from 20/19/18/17/16.

Onslaught of Shadows

  • Fear duration reduced to 0.75 to 1.5 (based on distance traveled) seconds from 0.75 to 2 (based on distance traveled).

Sap Magic

  • Base heal reduced to 4 to 34 (based on level) from 5 to 45 (based on level).
  • Heal health ratio increased to 4.8 to 14% (based on level) maximum health from 4.5 to 11% (based on level)
  • New Effect: Basic attacks and abilities from large monsters now reduce its cooldown by 1.5 seconds.
  • New Effect: Cooldown is now also reduced by 4 seconds if Sapling Toss hits at least one champion or epic monster.

Bramble Smash

  • Base damage changed to 65/110/155/200/245 from 70/110/150/190/230.
  • New Effect: Now deals 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% of target's maximum health, capped at 9999 against non-champions.
  • New Effect: Now deals 40/60/80/100/120 bonus damage against monsters.

Sapling Toss

  • Removed: No longer deals bonus damage equal to 7/7.25/7.5/7.75/8% (+ 0.7% per 100 AP) of target's maximum health.
  • Base damage increased to 55/80/105/130/155 from 20/45/70/95/120.
  • Empowered base damage increased to 110/160/210/260/310 from 40/90/140/190/240.
  • New Effect: Damage now scales with 42.5% AP, increased to 85% AP if placed in a brush.
  • New Effect: Damage now scales with 6% of his bonus health, increased to 12% if placed in a brush.
  • Removed: No longer applies empowered effects against minions if placed in a brush.
  • Mana cost reduced to 45/55/65/75/85 from 60/70/80/90/100.
  • Slow increased to 45% from 35%.
  • New Effect: Slow is now increased by 2% per 100 AP and 0.6% per 100 bonus health if placed in a brush.

Nature's Grasp

  • Missile speed increased to 100/400/700/750 (at level 0/1/2/2.17) (based on seconds) from 50/300/550/650 (at level 0/1/2/2.4) (based on seconds).
  • New Effect: Now grants him 40/50/60% bonus movement speed that decays over 2 seconds whenever an enemy champion is hit.
  • Undocumented: Missile width reduced to 170 from 240.
