Missile Barrage
- •Bonus AD ratio increased to 85% bonus AD from 80%.
- •Big One bonus AD ratio increased to 170% bonus AD from 160%.
CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade
- •Bug Fix: Grenade radius for H-28G Evolution Turret / H-28Q Apex Turret aggro purposes increased to equal its damage radius (250) from previously 210, in accordance with patch 7.10 changes.
Passive dismounted resistances increased.
Skaarl the Cowardly Lizard
- •New Effect: While dismounted, Kled now also gains 4 bonus armor and magic resistance, increased for each nearby enemy champion.
- •Bonus resistances per nearby enemy increased to 30% from 20%.
- •Maximum bonus resistances increased to 250% of the minimum from 200%.
- •Bug Fix: Refunding an item during the remount sequence no longer causes Kled to perform the remount sequence but without actually switching the player to the mounted ability set.
Bear Trap on a Rope
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Is no longer able to damage minion, small pet, and small monsters with its area check, resulting in double the intended damage in case both the projectile and area check hit the target.
Base Armor and Armor Growth decreased.

Spirit Abjuration
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Tooltip now notes the mark consumption's monster damage cap.
- •1 The correct current numbers are noted, but the tooltip is not set up to automatically update if they change in the future.
Arise!
- •Undocumented: Soldiers' attacks are now additionally tagged as basic damage against the primary target.
- •Bug Fix: Bramble Vest and Thornmail Thorns now correctly trigger their effects against Azir when a Soldier attacks their users.
- •Undocumented: Soldiers' attacks now only grant 1 Conqueror stack.2
Death in Lavender
- •Bonus attack speed per stack increased to 0.28 to 1.1% (based on level) from 0.28 to 1% (based on level). Now also scales until level 18 instead of 17.

- •Base damage reduced to 0/5/10/15/20 from 10/15/20/25/30.

Venomous Bite
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Tooltip now correctly mentions that the ability applies on-hit effects.

- •Bug Fix: Legend: Haste now correctly also affects targets' disable immunity.

- •All tooltip locations where values related to Prophet of an Elder God are noted will now properly update with changes to their actual values.

- •Tentacle AD ratio increased to 105% AD from 100% AD.
Tentacle Smash
- •Bug Fix: Corrected AD ratio in the tooltip.
Test of Spirit
- •Vessel debuff duration reduced to 3 seconds from 10.
- •Automatic Tentacle slam cooldown against Spirits and Vessels reduced to 4.5/4/3.5 from 5.5/4.5/3.5.
- •Removed: There no longer exists a lockout of 1.1 seconds before the Vessel can start spawning the first Tentacle.
- •Undocumented: Tentacles now stay awake if there is a Spirit in range, even if Illaoi or a Vessel is not around, allowing them to continue attacking targets.
General
- •Bug Fix: Cape disappearance animation now properly plays on death for certain skins.

- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Tooltip critical damage calculations have been corrected and now use the proper bonus critical damage modifier instead of using the value as a multiplier for the total critical damage.
Rebuttal
- •Bug Fix: After reflecting Fear Beyond Death missile and affecting the initial target with the effect, casting Golden Eclipse within Fear Beyond Death's mark's duration no longer causes Mel to fail to cast Golden Eclipse and repeatedly expend its mana over the remaining mark duration.
- •Bug Fix: No longer fails to reflect Sleepy Trouble Bubble shortly after being hit by her basic attack or More Sparkles! attack.

- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Tooltip has been corrected to note the stated damage is the total damage dealt instead of an "additional" amount.

- •Old: Deals 100% AD (+ 8/9.5/11/12.5/14% of target's maximum health), capped at 75 to 400 (based on level) against monsters.
- •While below maximum Fury, damage is now 80% of the maximum-Fury damage instead of explicit.
- •New: Deals 80/108/136/164/192 (+ 64% bonus AD).

Void Rush
- •Base damage reduced to 150/250/350 from 150/300/450.
- •Target health ratio changed to 15/20/25% of target's maximum health from 25/30/35% of target's missing health.
- •Cooldown increased to 120/100/80 seconds from 100/90/80.
- •Cast fail cooldown reduced to 5 seconds from 10.
- •Now places Burrow on a 1-second cooldown after cast, rather than on full cooldown.

- •Bug Fix: Music now properly plays for allies and no longer plays double for Seraphine.
Surround Sound
- •Heal now calculates at once rather than consecutively (diminishing in effect) for each registered ally.
Unstoppable Onslaught
- •Bug Fix: Now properly affects enemies casting The Show Stopper when colliding with them. Previously, Sion would collide with the target and end his charge (appropriately) but apply no effects to them, which is incorrect.
Super Scorcher Breath
- •Bug Fix: No longer causes a short lockout on the next attack after the ability is cast or canceled.
Flap, Flap, Flap
- •Bug Fix: Spell shields are no longer consumed by a bolt without blocking its damage.
DJ
- •Bug Fix: When the background music is enabled, it now properly overrides the Summoner's Rift music instead of the opposite.
- •Bug Fix: Reinstated various missing audio layers from the music tracks.
Bastion
- •Bug Fix: Tether no longer persists and functions without a range limitation on a linked ally after Taric successfully survives and exits Realm of Death.

- •Bug Fix: Casting Flash during Condemn's cast time no longer causes her to face the wrong direction.
Siphon Power
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Tooltip has been corrected to note the stated damage is the total damage dealt instead of an "additional" amount.
Arcane Storm
- •Bug Fix: Spell shields are no longer consumed by a strike without blocking its damage.
Mortal Steel
- •Bug Fix: Critical strikes for the first and second cast now properly roll separately on each target hit instead of always critically striking on all subsequent targets if a critical strike was rolled on the first one hit.

- •Adjusted attack animations to better incorporate her beads.
- •Added more visual effects to Transcend One's Self to better indicate that its effects are active.

- •Bug Fix: In the Chinese Simplified and Traditional localizations, no longer displays incorrect values.
Untouchable Shadow
- •Bug Fix: Is now correctly tagged as a basic attack reset for the purposes of Hail of Blades.
Transcend One's Self
- •Bug Fix: Axiom Arc Flux no longer reduces its cooldown twice upon triggering the effect.
Debonair
- •Bug Fix: Haste animations are no longer missing and no longer always use the base walk animation when at higher movement speeds and/or during Homestart/Homeguard.
Sleepy Trouble Bubble
- •Bug Fix: Object indicator on the minimap no longer sometimes persists indefinitely even though the actual trap has expired.
