Innate - Echo: Seraphine's ability casts each generate a stack of Echo, stacking up to 2 times. At 2 stacks, Seraphine's next basic ability casts an additional time for 1 mana after a 0.01 delay, consuming all Echo stacks after the cast time of the second cast. Seraphine gains maximum stacks of Echo when the game starts and upon respawning.

Innate - Harmony: Seraphine's ability casts grant a Note to herself and nearby allied champions that lasts 6 seconds, refreshes on subsequent Notes and stacks up to 4 times on each unit.

While any amount of Notes are active, Seraphine's next basic attack is empowered to have an uncancellable windup, gain 25 bonus attack range per Note, and fire all Notes at the target, with each one dealing 4 - 27.47 (based on level) (+ 4% AP) magic damage, reduced by 75% for Notes from allies.

Seraphine is a very popular support and occasional mid laner, but is unfortunately quite weak where a lot of her players are, which is in lower MMR. As Seraphine is the deathball mage-enchanter, we don’t want to get rid of that strength, but we also want her to be more self-reliant (mid lane), less reliant on her teammates knowing how her abilities work (low MMR), and more useful to her team when performing mage-like duties, such as helping take down epic monsters.

Stats

High Note

  • New Effect: Bonus damage based on the target's missing health now applies against monsters.

  • Removed: Heal no longer scales with number of nearby allies (including Seraphine).

  • Bug Fix: After ranking the ability 3 times, an Stage Presence cast no longer illegally nullifies all ability damage that Seraphine and her affected allies would receive if the shield would absorb an amount of it that does not exceed half of its total amount.

We're pushing the distinction between mid and support Seraphine. Mid Sera, who will be higher level throughout the game, will have better access to scaling damage via the Passive and Q changes and can now use E more comfortably for waveclear when needed. Support Sera won't be able to hit those same levels or damage numbers, but will still be able to lean on E-max to provide consistent CC for her team.

Stage Presence (Innate)

  • Innate - Echo: Seraphine basic abilities generate a stack of Echo, stacking up to 2 times. At 2 stacks, Seraphine's next basic ability casts an additional time at no cost after a 0.01 delay, consuming all Echo stacks after the cast time of the second cast completes. Seraphine gains full stacks of Echo when the game starts and upon respawning.
  • Innate - Harmony: Seraphine's abilities grant a Note to her and all nearby allied champions, lasting 6 seconds, up-to 4 Notes at a time can be present per unit. Seraphine's next basic attack gains 25 bonus attack range per active Note and fires all of them at the target, dealing 5 to 20 (based on level) (+ 7.5% AP) magic damage for each Note discharged.
  • Subsequent Notes deal 95% of the previous Note's damage to non-minions. Notes deal 200% bonus damage to minions.
  • Effect Radius: 800.
  • Speed: 3000.

High Note (Q)

  • Active: Seraphine hurls a soundwave to the target location that quickly expands in a radius upon impact, dealing 55/65/75/85/95 (+ 55% AP) magic damage to enemies in the area, increased by 0 to 50% (based on target's missing health).
  • Mana Cost: 65/70/75/80/85.
  • Cooldown: 10/8.75/7.5/6.25/5 seconds.
  • Target Range: 900.
  • Effect Radius: 350.
  • Speed: 1200.
  • Cast Time: 0.25 seconds.

Surround Sound (W)

  • Active: Seraphine inspires nearby ally champions with her music, granting herself 20% (+ 4% per 100 AP) decaying bonus movement speed and her allies 8% (+ 1.6% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed. She and her allies are also shielded for 60 to 120 (based on level) (+ 30% AP) for 2.5 seconds.
  • Surround Sound will heal Seraphine and all nearby allied champions for 5% (+ 1.125% per 100 AP) of missing health per ally after a 2.5-second delay if Seraphine already had a shield at the time of cast.
  • Surround Sound's effects can stack up to 2 times.
