Quinn was last buffed in Patch 26.1 (). Across 43 patches, Quinn has received 12 buffs, 6 nerfs, 24 adjustments since release in Patch 3.3.

Passive - Harrier
Effect Radius: 525

Innate: Quinn's Blinding Assault against the primary target, Vault, and Skystrike mark enemies hit with Vulnerable for 4 seconds, during which they are standard sight. Valor will periodically mark a nearby sight enemy if no Vulnerable targets exist for 1 second.

Quinn's basic attacks on-hit against Vulnerable targets are empowered to consume the mark to deal 15 - 132.35 (based on level) (+ 40% bonus AD) bonus physical damage.

While Behind Enemy Lines is active, Harrier is disabled and all Vulnerable marks are removed.

Active: Quinn sends Valor in the target direction who stops upon hitting an enemy, marking them as Harrier and dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies.

The primary target is nearsight for 1.75 seconds if they are a champion, and disarm for the same duration otherwise.

Active: Valor grants sight of the surrounding area for 2 seconds and standard sight enemy champions within for the same duration.

Active: Quinn dashes to the target enemy, marking them as Harrier, dealing physical damage, airborne a very short distance over 0.5 seconds, and slow them by 50% decaying over 1.5 seconds. She then dash 525 units away from them.

Physical damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 20% bonus AD)

Vault basic attack reset Quinn's basic attack timer shortly after the initial dash. Heightened Senses can be cast during either of the dashes.

Behind Enemy LinesPC

Cast Time: 0.25

Active: Quinn channels for 2 seconds, signaling Valor to pair up. Upon completion, he picks her up and they unite, increasing her total movement speed, granting her ghosted, and allowing her to cast Skystrike. Behind Enemy Lines can be recast after 0.5 seconds during the channel.

Total Movement Speed Increase: 70 / 100 / 130%

Taking damage from non- minions while Behind Enemy Lines is active or while Quinn is channel the ability causes her to lose the bonus total movement speed for 3 seconds. Becoming immobilize, ground, or silence ends Behind Enemy Lines immediately and puts it on cooldown without performing Skystrike.

Once Behind Enemy Lines has been learned, respawning or entering any summoning platform will spawn Valor instantly.

Recast: Quinn cancels the channel, placing Behind Enemy Lines on cooldown.

Patch 26.1buff

As Quinn builds a decent amount of crit and that crit manifests in stronger autos and more passive procs, we're compensation nerfing those same auto-reliant passive procs.

Harrier

  • Base damage increased to 15 to 120 (based on level) from 10 to 95 (based on level).
  • AD ratio changed to 40% bonus AD at all levels from 16 to 50% (based on level) total AD.

Quinn has been one of the winningest top laners for a while now and with us nerfing both Doran's Shield and Second Wind this patch, we're confident that Quinn is due for some nerfs of her own lest she completely overtake top lane. We hope that these nerfs will open up her build options away from simply high AD lethality burst, allowing her the space to play out a more sustained auto-attacking pattern.

Behind Enemy Lines

  • New Effect: Skystrike now marks as Harrier all enemy champions hit.
  • New Effect: Taking damage while channeling no longer breaks channel.
  • New Effect: Taking damage from non-minions while Behind Enemy Lines is active no longer breaks the channel or form. Instead, the movement speed bonus is removed for 3 seconds.
  • New Effect: Taking damage from minions no longer has any effect.
  • New Effect: Returning to the fountain now automatically casts Behind Enemy Lines if it has been learned.
  • Removed: No longer goes on 3-second cooldown when in combat.
  • Bug Fix: Skystrike no longer fails to cast if cast within the last 10 seconds.
  • Bug Fix: Skystrike no longer deals double damage when cast by reactivating R.
  • Bug Fix: Behind Enemy Lines no longer ends immediately when used near a turret that Quinn had been attacking.
  • Bug Fix: Canceling Behind Enemy Lines while Presence of Mind is active no longer refunds mana that was never consumed.
  • Bug Fix: Behind Enemy Lines no longer removes existing movement orders or ignores new movement orders given during its cast and channel.

  • Quinn's attack is now modified to deal 15 to 100 (based on level) (+ 116 to 150% (based on level) AD) damage instead of 50% AD bonus damage. The change in wording could mean Harrier will now interact with critical strike and such, as with the damage modifiers on Ashe, Corki and Jinx.

Aerial Assault renamed Blinding Assault

  • Base damage increase to 25/55/85/115/145 from 20/45/70/95/120.
  • AD ratio changed to 80/95/110/125/140% AD from 70/75/80/85/90% AD.
  • AP ratio increased to 50% AP from 35% AP.
  • Removed: Damage increase based on missing health.
  • Removed: Cooldown reduction on-kill.
  • New Effect: Now applies nearsight to the primary target, removing allied vision and reducing their vision radius by 900 for 2 seconds. This is the same effect as Paranoia and Smoke Screen.
  • New Effect: Non-champion targets are disarm instead.

Harrier (Passive)

  • Valor periodically marks enemies as Vulnerable. Quinn's first attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage.

Blinding Assault (Q)

  • Quinn sends Valor forth in a straight line skillshot. Valor stops at the first enemy struck, damaging and briefly blinding all nearby enemies.
  • Tag Team: Valor damages and blinds all nearby enemies.

Heightened Senses (W)

  • (Passive): Attacking a Vulnerable target will increase Quinn's attack speed for a few seconds.
  • (Active): Valor rushes to the skies, revealing a large area around Quinn, including all brush and non-stealthed units.
  • Tag Team
  • (Passive): Valor gains a large amount of attack speed permanently.
  • (Active): Valor reveals a large area around him, including brush and non-stealthed units.

Vault (E)

  • Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing damage and slowing them briefly. She then kicks back off her target, landing near her maximum attack range.
  • Tag Team: Valor dashes to an enemy, damaging and slowing them for a brief time.

Tag Team (Ultimate)

  • Quinn leaps away from the battlefield and allows Valor to take her place briefly. Valor functions as a mobile melee attacker and gains a huge movement speed bonus when out of combat. This bonus is decreased gradually to a smaller value when in combat.
  • Skystrike: Valor flies from the battlefield, allowing Quinn to return in a hail of bolts that damage all nearby enemies. Damage is increased based on how much health targets are missing. If Tag Team is not cast a second time, Skystrike is cast automatically once Tag Team ends.
