We overshot Lillia’s Q nerf and historically gave her power in places she’s less likely to appreciate, all of which has led to the speedy deer feeling limp. We are reverting her ultimate buffs from 25.19, which were fairly small, as well as Q nerfs from 26.02, which were much more impactful. The hope here is that this net buff lets her live out her sustained fight fantasy as we believe that weaving in and out of fights doing damage with Q is closer to that rather than needing to land large scale R's.

Lillia has been in a dream since the changes to Rift. Unfortunately we need to wake her up as it’s become a nightmare for her opponents. We want her to maintain her spot as our premier in-and-out skirmisher in the jungle, but without her prancing out of control. We are looking to nerf her ability to stay topped up as well as bring down some of her late game damage.

Lillia is a little weak and we’d like to see some AP junglers at Worlds, so she’s the perfect candidate for a buff this patch. By playing up her ultimate, we’re hoping she’ll succeed more in highly skilled and coordinated environments.

- Innate: Lillia's abilities apply Dream Dust, dealing 5% of the target's maximum health as magic damage over 3 seconds, capped at 40 to 100 (based on level) damage against monster.
Blooming Blows (Q)
- Passive: Lillia gains a Prance stack for 5 seconds whenever she hits at least 1 enemy with her abilities, refreshing up to 5 stacks. Stacks are lost by one every 1 second. Each stack grants Lillia 7/8/9/10/11% (+ 1% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed.
- Active: Lillia swings her censer around her, dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies. Enemies hit within the outer edge of the area additionally take the same amount as bonus true damage.
- Effect Radius: 225 / 485.
- Cast Time: 0.25 seconds.
- Mana Cost: 45.

- Active: Lillia dash to 150 units in front of the target area over 0.75 seconds, though not through terrain, and winds up for a strike, dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+ 30% AP) magic damage in an area. Enemies hit within the center are dealt 200% increased damage.
- Watch Out! Eep! deals 50% damage to minions.

Swirlseed (E)
- Active: Lillia lobs a seed at the target area that rolls forward indefinitely. The seed detonates upon colliding with an enemy or terrain upon landing or while rolling, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to enemies in a cone, slow them by 25/30/35/40/45% for 3 seconds and sight them for 2 seconds.
- Swirlseed will cast at max range if cast beyond that. The spot at which the seed will last collide with terrain is highlighted to Lillia while it is rolling.

- The next non-persistent damage non-minion damage taken by the sleep targets consumes the debuff to deal additional 100/150/200 (+ 30% AP) magic damage.
