Imperial Mandate has been changed in 14 League of Legends patches. 4 buffs, 1 nerf, 7 adjustments. Most recently adjusted in Patch 14.19.

- Total cost reduced to 2250 gold from 2300 gold.
- Combine cost increased to 500 gold from 400 gold.
- Removed: Coordinated Fire no longer grants 25% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds to the user and the triggering ally.

- Unique Passive - Coordinated Fire: Abilities that slow or immobilize enemy champions mark them for 5 seconds. Allied champions that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 12% of the target's current health bonus magic damage and grant you and the triggering ally 25% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (9 second cooldown per champion, starts upon mark application).

Allied champions that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 80 to 120 (based on ally's level) bonus magic damage and grant you and the triggering ally 25% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per champion, starts upon mark application).

Imperial Mandate has found itself a new home as a legendary support item and has quickly become one of the default purchases as enchanters' second item. While that's awesome, the item is overpowered and is contributing to League being at one of its burstiest points in recent memory. Overall, these changes are intended as a small nerf, particularly targeting the item's burst output.

- Initial damage changed to 40 to 60 (based on level) from 35 to 75 (based on level).
- Ally damage changed to 80 to 120 (based on level) from 70 to 150 (based on level).
- Bonus movement speed increased to 25% from 20%.
Imperial Mandate was shifted down to a Legendary tier item to open up the amount of champs that would want to purchase this item, but weren’t willing to give up their preferred Mythic in exchange. It should now be a great option for offensive enchanters for when they want to help allies burst down targets in teamfights.

- Unique Passive - Coordinated Fire: Abilities that slow or immobilize enemy champions deal 45 to 75 (based on level) bonus magic damage and mark them for 4 seconds. Allied champions that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 90 to 150 (based on ally's level) bonus magic damage and grant you and the triggering ally 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per champion, starts upon mark application).
- Mythic Passive: Empowers other Legendary items with 15 ability power.
- Limited to 1 Mythic item.
- Living Forge item: Seat of Command.
- Stats: 70 ability power, 25 ability haste, 300 health, 200% base mana regeneration.

- Bug Fix: Coordinated Fire's debuff now properly displays its icon in the affected unit's debuff bar.

Despite a recent trip to the patch notes in 10.25, Imperial is still a strong item for solo lanes and champions with multiple CC abilities. Our priority here is to move it out of the hands of solo laners and to simplify its confusing trigger condition.

Effects
- MARK OF ENMITY: Abilities that slow or immobilize a champion deal 60-100 bonus magic damage (levels 1-18) and mark them for 4 seconds. Ally champion damage detonates the mark, dealing an additional 60-100 (ally levels 1-18) magic damage and granting you both 20% movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per enemy).
- MYTHIC: Grants all other Legendary items 15 ability power
