Passive - Stage Presence

Innate - Echo: Seraphine's basic ability casts each generate a stack of Echo, stacking up to 2 times. At 2 stacks, Seraphine's next basic ability casts an additional time after a 0.01 second delay, consuming all Echo stacks after the cast time of the second cast. Seraphine gains maximum stacks of Echo when the game starts and upon respawning.

Innate - Harmony: Seraphine's ability casts grant a Note to herself and nearby allied champions that lasts 5 seconds, refreshes on subsequent Notes and stacks up to 3 times on each unit.

While any amount of Notes are active, Seraphine's next basic attack is empowered to gain 25 bonus attack range per Note and fire all Notes at the target, with each one dealing 4 - 25 (based on level) (+ 4% AP) magic damage.

Active: Seraphine hurls a soundwave to the target location that quickly expands in a radius upon arrival, dealing magic damage to enemies within the area.

The damage is increased by 0% - 50% (based on level).

Active: Seraphine grants a shield and bonus movement speed to herself and nearby allied champions for 2.5 seconds.

If Seraphine already had a shield at the time of cast, Surround Sound will pulse after the duration, healing herself and nearby allied champions for 5% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's missing health, increased by 50% for each additional ally.

Surround Sound's shield and bonus movement speed can stack up to 2 times.

Seraphine is a great medic, providing ample Health Regen to her teammates, which can be frustrating to play against. We’re adjusting the amount of healing she is pumping out to give players more space for decision-making when it comes to the right moment to heal.

  • Heal health ratio reduced from 7.5% target's misssing health to 5%.

Seraphine’s second ability, Surround Sound hasn’t sparkled as much as we think it could. So, we’re changing how it works and making it a stack. We hope this change helps Seraphine reach an octave higher.

Seraphine’s ability to strike a chord, sing those sweet melodies, and cast spells in the early stages of the game is under where we’d like, particularly in the support role. To lend this star a hand, we’re giving her some extra mana regeneration so she can cast more freely.

Seraphine played as a carry in either the Mid Lane or Dragon Lane has been significantly stronger than when she is supporting, especially when paired with a duet partner like Sona. We’re reducing some of her Ability Power ratios to cut back on how well she scales with items and giving a small boost to her base damage. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on this rising star and her performance as a Support in the coming weeks.

Seraphine had a minor technical difficulty on stage. We’ve resolved it so the show can go on for Starry-Eyed Songstress without a hitch.

Beat Drop

  • Bug Fix: Now correctly applies its damage before checking if the target is slowed. This means that Rylai's Crystal Scepter now works with Beat Drop, and it will transform the slow into a root.
