Seraphine’s second ability, Surround Sound hasn’t sparkled as much as we think it could. So, we’re changing how it works and making it a stack. We hope this change helps Seraphine reach an octave higher.

- New effect: Shield can now stack itself up to 2 times in addition to refreshing.
Seraphine’s ability to strike a chord, sing those sweet melodies, and cast spells in the early stages of the game is under where we’d like, particularly in the support role. To lend this star a hand, we’re giving her some extra mana regeneration so she can cast more freely.

Seraphine played as a carry in either the Mid Lane or Dragon Lane has been significantly stronger than when she is supporting, especially when paired with a duet partner like Sona. We’re reducing some of her Ability Power ratios to cut back on how well she scales with items and giving a small boost to her base damage. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on this rising star and her performance as a Support in the coming weeks.

Seraphine’s getting the same quality-of-life feature from her PC version. Starting with max Echo stacks means she has a few more options at level 1.
Stage Presence
- New Effect: Starts the game with maximum Echo stacks.
Seraphine had a minor technical difficulty on stage. We’ve resolved it so the show can go on for Starry-Eyed Songstress without a hitch.
Beat Drop
- Bug Fix: Now correctly applies its damage before checking if the target is slowed. This means that Rylai's Crystal Scepter now works with Beat Drop, and it will transform the slow into a root.
