- •Heal AP ratio reduced to 60% AP from 80% AP.
Dawning Shadow
- •Shield AP ratio reduced to 50% AP from 70% AP.
W Shield decreased and cooldown increased at higher ranks.
Surround Sound
- •Base shield reduced to 60/80/100/120/140 from 60/85/110/135/160.
- •Cooldown increased to 22 seconds at all ranks from 22/21/20/19/18.
Umbral Dash
- •Bug Fix: Issued basic attacks no longer unintentionally cancel when dashing towards an enemy.
Passive burn damage per second and explosion damage capped against monsters.
Blaze
- •New Effect: Ablaze damage per second against non-epic monsters is now capped at 30.
- •Ablaze damage cap against epic monsters unchanged.
- •New Effect: Explosion now deals a maximum of 250/325/400/475 (at level 1/6/11/16) damage to monsters.
- •Removed: Explosion no longer deals 50% damage to epic monsters.
Needlework
- •Bug Fix: No longer ignores Malignance Hatefog's per-target cooldown.
Ntofo Strikes
- •Bug Fix: Using Ntofo Strikes after dashing or blinking and without inputting a new command while clamp casting is enabled no longer causes it to target the mouse position prior to their movement and thus cast in a wrong direction.

- •Updated ability visual effects.
- •The following skins are affected: Original, Cowgirl, Waterloo, Secret Agent, Candy Cane, Road Warrior, Crime City, Captain Fortune, Pool Party.
Inherent Glamour
- •Undocumented / New Effect: Can now transform into a Voidmite.
- •Undocumented / Bug Fix: Applying Touch of the Void against any structure no longer breaks her disguise if she is disguised as a non-champion.
Mega Adhesive
- •Bug Fix: Puddle zone no longer forms if its projectile has been blocked by projectile-destroying effects.
Noxian Diplomacy
- •Bug Fix: Ranged dash now once again places the ability on cooldown immediately after it is cast.
Sovereign's Domination
- •Bug Fix: Now properly grants 2 charges of Dark Sphere when possessing a Syndra who has achieved its Transcendent bonus.
Crushing Blow
- •Bug Fix: Casting now properly reveals a Fog of War bubble around himself and any clone (with the same effects as attacking).
Clean Cuts
- •Bug Fix: Feathers no longer become invisible and fail to expire if they have hit a dashing enemy.
Crescent Guard
- •Bug Fix: Invulnerability now properly functions when the ability is cast while inside Realm of Death.
Mortal Steel
- •Bug Fix: Using Mortal Steel after dashing or blinking and without inputting a new command while clamp casting is enabled no longer causes it to target the mouse position prior to their movement and thus cast in a wrong direction.
Items
Celestial Opposition has grown to be too dominant in the support item structure, especially for tank supports, so we’re taking it down a peg. We’re tackling its ability to completely lock down enemy champions and making users rely more on their base kit for that effect.
