Passive - Clockwork Windup

Innate - The Ball: Orianna is accompanied by The Ball, which she commands with her abilities. The Ball incurs a 0.01 -second global cooldown on all of her abilities when she casts any ability. Additionally, The Ball attaches to Orianna if she is near it, and snaps back to her if she moves too far away from it, which incurs a 0.75 -second cooldown on Command: Shockwave.

Innate: Orianna's basic attacks generate a stack of Clockwork Winding for 4 seconds, refreshing on subsequent attacks and stacking up to 2 times. All stacks are lost when attacking a new enemy. Clockwork Winding: Orianna's basic attacks are empowered to deal 10 - 54.71 (based on level) (+ 15% AP) bonus magic damage on-hit, increased by 20% per stack, up to 14 - 76.59 (based on level) (+ 21% AP) total bonus magic damage.

The pulse leaves behind an electric field that last 3 seconds, granting bonus movement speed to Orianna and her allies when they move within. Enemies that move within the field are slow by the same amount, decaying over 2 seconds after leaving.

Patch 26.5nerf

Orianna has been one of the strongest champions in the mid lane as of late, so strong that she’s head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. In the hands of a true expert, her laning phase can feel unassailable, so we’re focusing on her early game in the hope of opening up some weaknesses and making some space for other champions in the mid lane.

At higher skill levels Orianna's early wave clear is far too safe and her optimized builds make her too tanky for her to be exposed to any real risks, so we're looking to re-introduce some risk to her overall kit. We want to incentivize Orianna to build more damage and less tank, so we're weakening her early wave clear power spikes so she has to pick up more AP to clear waves, something most players are already doing and thus shouldn't be impacted much by.
