Cosmic Creator (Innate)
- •Innate: Aurelion Sol's damaging abilities against enemies grant him stacks of Stardust, which improve each of his abilities. The amount of Stardust collected by each ability may vary by target.
- •Breath of Light: Bursts deal bonus magic damage equal to (0.031% Stardust stacks) of the target's maximum health.
- •Astral Flight: Range is increased by 7.5 units per Stardust.
- •Singularity: Outer and inner radius increased by 15% Stardust stacks, and execution threshold increased by 2.6% Stardust stacks.
- •Falling Star and The Skies Descend: Effect radius increased by 15% Stardust stacks.
Breath of Light (Q)
- •Active: Aurelion Sol channel for up to 3.25 seconds to exhale a beam of starfire, during which he can steer the beam in the target direction. The beam collides with the first enemy hit, standard sight them, and deals them 3.75 to 11.25 (based on level) (+ 1.875/3.125/4.375/5.625/6.875) (+ 7.5% AP) magic damage every 0.125 seconds, reduced to 50% for other surrounding enemies hit by the beam.
- •Breath of Light can be recast within the duration, and does so automatically afterwards.
- •For each second that the beam continuously damages the same enemy, it bursts to deal 20 to 40 (based on level) (+ 40/50/60/70/80) (+ 50% AP) (+ (0.031% Stardust stacks) of target's maximum health) bonus magic damage and grants 1 Stardust if the target is a champion. The damage based on the target's health ratio is capped at 300 against monsters.
- •Recast: Aurelion Sol ends Breath of Light early.
- •At rank 5, Breath of Light's channel duration lasts for as long as Aurelion Sol can pay its mana cost.
- •Mana Cost: 22.5/25/27.5/30/32.5 per 0.5 seconds.
- •Cooldown: 3 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Range: 750 to 920 (based on level).
Astral Flight (W)
- •Active: Aurelion Sol dash in the target direction and resets Breath of Light cooldown. While in flight, he has unobstructed vision and Breath of Light has no cooldown and maximum channel duration and its flat damage is increased by 14/15.5/17/18.5/20%, but Astral Flight's dash speed is reduced by 50% during its channel.
- •Aurelion Sol will be knockdown by any immobilize crowd control during the dash.
- •Astral Flight can be recast after 0.5 seconds during the dash, and does so automatically after reaching the destination.
- •Recast: Aurelion Sol ends Astral Flight early.
- •Scoring a champion takedown within 3 seconds of damaging them reduces Astral Flight's current cooldown by 90% of its total cooldown.
- •Aurelion Sol will not dash if he is immobilize or ground during the cast time. He can cast any of his abilities during the dash. Breath of Light channel will be interrupted if Astral Flight ends or Singularity is cast during the flight, but the ability will automatically be cast afterwards. Astral Flight will cast at max range if cast beyond that.
- •Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100.
- •Cooldown: 22/20.5/19/17.5/16 seconds.
- •Cast Time: 0.4 seconds, Range: 1200 + 7.5 per Stardust stack, Speed: 335 + 100% movement speed / 167.5 + 50% movement speed.
Singularity (E)
- •Active: Aurelion Sol blasts the target location, conjuring a black hole after a 0.5-second delay that grants sight of the area, lasts for 5 seconds, and deals 2.5/3.75/5/6.25/7.5 (+ 10% AP) magic damage every 0.25 seconds to enemies within the area.
- •Enemies in the black hole are kinematics toward its center over the duration. Non-epic monster targets within the center that are below 5% (+ 2.6% Stardust stacks) of their maximum health are also execute. Additionally, non-champions affected have their movement speed reduced to 0.
- •After Singularity ends, Aurelion Sol is granted 1 Stardust for each continuous second that enemy champions were inside it, and a varying amount of Stardust for enemies that died while within the area:
- •Epic monsters grant 10 Stardust.
- •Champions and large monsters grant 5 Stardust.
- •Large minions grant 3 Stardust.
- •Small minions and monsters grant 1 Stardust.
- •Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100.
- •Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds.

Falling Star (R)
- •Active: Aurelion Sol calls down a star to impact the target location after 1.25 seconds, dealing 150/250/350 (+ 65% AP) magic damage to enemies hit and stun them for 1.25 seconds. Falling Star grants 5 Stardust for each enemy champion hit.
- •Once Falling Star has been learned, gathering 75 Stardust causes the next cast of Falling Star to transform into The Skies Descend instead, empowering the impact with new effects.
- •Mana Cost: 100.
- •Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Target Range: 1250, Effect Radius: √(275² + 16.93² x Stardust).
The Skies Descend (Enhanced R)
- •Active: Aurelion Sol summons an enormous star to impact the target location after 2 seconds, dealing 25% increased damage, exploding in a larger radius, and airborne enemies hit for 1.25 seconds.
- •Upon impact, a massive shockwave is unleashed which rapidly expands outward from the impact location over 3 seconds, dealing 150/250/350 (+ 65% AP) magic damage to enemy champions and epic monster hit, and slow all enemies hit by 75% for 1 second and standard sight them for 1.5 seconds.
- •Mana Cost: 100.
- •Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds.
- •Cast Time: None, Target Range: 1250, Effect Radius: √(388.91² + 21.85² x Stardust) / 5000.
Shurima's Legacy
- •Bug Fix: Turret spawn marker on the turret and its minimap icon are not visible to all other players once more.
Emperor's Divide
- •Bug Fix: Soldiers will now properly collide with and knock back enemies even if Azir dies during the first 0.25 seconds of the ability's cast time.
Traveler's Call
- •Bug Fix: Location of chimes on the mini-map are not visible to all other players once more.
Colossal Smash
- •Bug Fix: When used against a minion, no longer causes Spoils of War items to prioritize executing nearby lower health minions instead of the primary target minion.

Bullet Time
- •Bug Fix: The shape of the area of effect no longer changes if the caster is moved during the channel.

- •Missile waves will now always shoot in the direction Miss Fortune is facing towards if her facing direction changes during the channel, and with the proper angles between each stream.

- •Bug Fix: Tooltip no longer displays doubled values for the damage taken to Potential Shield conversion.
Inherent Glamour
- •Bug Fix: Disguise is no longer instantly broken after being activated on an allied Udyr whose current stance was Blazing Stampede.
Aspect of the Cougar
- •Bug Fix: Radiant Virtue Guiding Light is no longer unable to trigger if the item was bought while in Cougar form.
Command: Shockwave
- •Bug Fix: Visual effects now properly follow the movement of the unit that the Clockwork Windup is attached to and thereby properly indicate the spell's behaviour.
Living Forge
- •Bug Fix: Forge UI now displays full item tooltips, no items in the UI have broken strings anymore where summary tooltips existed previously.
Unseen Predator
- •Bug Fix: Primary resource bar indicating Rengar's Ferocity stacks no longer desyncs from the actual value when healed for taking down large monsters by jungle companions.
Arcane Mastery
- •Bug Fix: Now also loses current mana equal to the reduction in maximum mana when losing ability power.
- •This means that using the Waterwalking rune, Ryze can no longer restore mana by leaving and entering the river repeatedly.
Last Embrace
- •Bug Fix: Missile is now fired from Senna's location at the end of the cast time again as intended.
The Show Stopper
- •Bug Fix: Impact VFX no longer causes graphical issues with the VFX of other certain abilities such as Wild Growth.
Crystal Spires
- •Bug Fix: Location and allegiance of spires is not visible to other players on the minimap once again.
Scatter the Weak
- •Bug Fix: No longer resets its cooldown when upgrading from Transcendent sometimes.

Umbral Glaive is currently much too effective at choking out enemy vision for assassins, supports, assassin supports, and especially marksman supports (stop killing my defenseless wards, Ashe). We do think this item deserves a spot on the roster though, so we’re reducing its uptime and general ability to devastate enemy traps and vision.

Radiant Virtue is currently overpowered (even if pickrate isn't reflecting it) yet its strength isn’t really appreciable due to how unclear the item's best points are (because when you buy a strong item, you should feel strong). We're making Radiant Virtue’s upsides more apparent and impactful while removing some of the extraneous power that is pushing this item a bit too far. We feel enchanters already have plenty of defensive support options, while Radiant Virtue is meant for selfless tanks, who have fewer. So we’re tying Radiant's value more directly tied to tanks with the budget to acquire even more health.
