League of Legends Patch 12.19 was released on Oct 4, 2022. This update included changes to 22 champions, with 16 buffs, 2 nerfs, 4 adjustments.

Stats

  • Base attack speed increased to 0.65 from 0.625.
  • Attack speed ratio increased to 0.7 from 0.625.

Overdrive

  • Bonus attack speed increased to 40/53/66/79/92% from 30/38/46/54/62%.
  • Mana cost increased to 85 from 75.
  • New Effect: Basic attacks now deal 1% of the target's maximum health bonus magic damage on-hit while active, increased by 60 to 180 (based on level) against minions and monsters.
  • Bug Fix: The movement speed boost's decay is now linear instead of decaying by 20% of the current value every update tick (exponential). The boost no longer decays on the first update tick after the buff is gained.

Power Fist

  • Knock up duration increased to 1 second from 0.9.
  • Mana cost increased to 40 from 25.
  • New Effect: Damage now scales with 25% AP.
  • New Effect: Now deals an additional 150% AD (+ 125% AP) bonus physical damage against minions and monsters.
  • New Effect: Critical strikes now increase the bonus damage as well.

Static Field

  • Removed: Passive is no longer capped at 3 stacks per target.
  • Passive damage AP ratio increased to 30/40/50% AP from 30% AP at all ranks.

  • Maximum cripple increased to 35.25/44.25/53.25/62.25/71.25% from 23.5/29.5/35.5/41.5/47.5%.

Fury of the Sands

  • Bonus size increased to 30/35/40% from 30% at all ranks.
  • New Effect: Damage radius now scales with bonus size.
  • Minimum radius of 400 units, which cannot be reduced below this amount. Scales with 0.8 bonus range per 1% bonus size beyond Nasus' base radius of 80 units.
  • Damage tick interval reduced to 0.5 seconds per tick from 1 second per tick.
  • Total damage unchanged.
  • Bug Fix: Damage now displays as the stacking display type.

R AP scaling increased.

Absolute Zero

  • Base health reduced to 563 from 593.

Transcendent

  • New Innate: Syndra collects up to 120 Splinters of Wrath, enhancing each of her abilities based on the number collected and updating their ability icons. She restores 20 to 215 (based on level) mana whenever she collects a Splinter of Wrath from an enemy. Splinters of Wrath are brought to Syndra from enemies over 0.6 seconds. At 120 Splinters, Syndra achieves Transcendence, increasing her ability power by 15%.
  • Dealing two instances of ability damage to an enemy champion within 4 seconds grants 1/2/3 (at level 1/11/18) Splinters. This cannot occur on the same target more than once every 8 seconds.
  • Ranking up an ability with skill points beyond the first grants 5 Splinters.
  • Killing a large minion grants 1 Splinter.

Dark Sphere

  • Cooldown increased to 7 seconds from 4.
  • AP ratio increased to 70% AP from 65% AP.
  • Mana cost reduced to 40/45/50/55/60 from 40/50/60/70/80.
  • New Effect: Collecting 40 Splinters of Wrath now stores 2 charges of the ability, with a 1.25-second static cooldown between casts.

Force of Will

  • Grab range increased to 500 units from 400.
  • New Effect: Now prevents non-sphere targets from dying when picking them up.
  • New Effect: Collecting 60 Splinters of Wrath now causes it to deal 15% (+ 1.5% per 100 AP) bonus true damage.

Scatter the Weak

  • Removed: Dark Sphere spawned after casting are no longer scattered.
  • Dark Sphere collision radius reduced to 70 units from 100.
  • Base damage reduced to 75/115/155/195/235 from 85/130/175/220/265.
  • AP ratio reduced to 55% AP from 60% AP.
  • Scatter angle increased to 56 degrees from 34 degrees.
  • Cooldown changed to 15 seconds at all ranks from 18/17/16/15/14.
  • Stun duration reduced to 1.25 seconds from 1.5.
  • New Effect: Collecting 80 Splinters of Wrath increases the scatter angle to 84 degrees and slow enemies by 70% for 1.25 seconds after the initial airborne and stun.
  • Dark Sphere spawned at close range of the ability are now more likely to be hit.

Unleashed Power

  • New Effect: Now passively grants Dark Sphere 10/20/30 ability haste, stacking additively with other sources.
  • Base damage per sphere reduced to 90/130/170 from 90/140/190.
  • Minimum damage reduced to 270/390/510 from 270/420/570.
  • Maximum damage reduced to 630/910/1190 from 630/980/1330.
  • AP ratio per sphere reduced to 17% AP from 20% AP.
  • Minimum AP ratio reduced to 51% AP from 60% AP.
  • Maximum AP ratio reduced to 119% AP from 140% AP.
  • New Effect: Collecting 100 Splinters of Wrath now causes it to execute enemies below 15% health.

It’s also been the best lethality mythic on assassins and ranged lethality users for quite some time. So we’re taking down its overall power and looking into reshaping this item to better fit the stats fighters would like moving forward while keeping it as a viable purchase for assassins.
