Decimate

  • New Effect: Now has a 0.75 seconds time delay and displays its effective radius, including Blade and Handle areas. Darius can move during cast time.
  • Blade damage changed to 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 100/110/120/130/140% AD) from 105/157.5/210/262.5/315 (+ 105% Bonus AD).
  • New Effect: Darius heals for 10% of his missing health for every enemy champion hit by the Blade, up to 3 times.

Crippling Strike

Apprehend

  • Cast time reduced to 0.25 seconds from 0.32.
  • New Effect: Now slow enemies airborne 90% for 1 second.
  • Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where enemies would be airborne in if they escaped the area during the cast time.

Noxian Guillotine

  • Base damage reduced to 100/200/300 from 160/250/340.
  • New Effect: Subsequent Noxian Guillotine casts are free to cast.
  • New Effect: Upon executing an enemy champion, all nearby non-champions become flee for a few seconds.
  • New Effect: At rank 3, Noxian Guillotine no longer costs mana.
  • Removed: Mana refund on-cast.

Creeping Death

  • Replaced with Harvester of Sorrow.

Harvester of Sorrow

  • Passive: Even with allies present, Mordekaiser gains full experience from minions he kills.
  • Active - First Cast: Mordekaiser marks the target allied champion for 4 seconds, granting them both 75 bonus movement speed while moving toward one another. While within 250 units of each another, a cloud of metal shards will surround both of them and deal 35/45/55/65/70 (+ 15% AP) magic damage per second to nearby enemies.
  • Maximum potential damage of 140/180/220/260/300 (+ 60% AP). The damage areas DO stack.
  • Active - Second Cast: Mordekaiser constricts the metal shards, ending the effect to instantly dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+ 30% AP) magic damage to the nearest 3 enemies as well as restoring 50/65/80/95/110 (+ 30% AP) health for each enemy hit. Healing versus monsters and minions is only one-third effective.

Siphon of Destruction

  • New Effect: For each enemy champion hit, Mordekaiser generates 15% of his maximum shield.

Children of the Grave

  • New Passive - Dragon Force: Damaging the Dragon will Curse it for 10 seconds.

Crystal Spires (New Innate)

  • Skarner's presence causes a number of Crystals to spawn. Crystals can be captured indefinitely by standing on top of them (neutral zones are unable to be captured until 1:30) granting 15 gold or 30 gold split among contributors, giving sight over the area for 1.5 seconds, and preventing recapture by the opposing team for 15 seconds. Defending champions can stand on the Crystal to prevent capture.
  • While near captured Crystals or a Crystallizing Sting enemy, Skarner gains Crystal Charge, granting him 100 bonus movement speed and 48 to 160% (based on level) bonus attack speed as well as regenerating 3% maximum mana per second.

Crystal Slash

  • Physical damage changed to 33/36/39/42/45% AD from 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 40% Bonus AD).
  • Magic damage changed to 33/36/39/42/45% AD (+ 20% AP) from 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 20% AP).
  • Cooldown reduced to 3.5/3.25/3/2.75/2.5 seconds from 3.5 at all ranks.
  • Charge duration reduced to 4 seconds from 5.
  • On-hit cooldown reduction against non-champions reduced to 0.25 seconds from 0.5.
  • Mana cost reduced to 10/11/12/13/14 from 16/17/18/19/20.
  • Removed: Stacking bonus movement speed and attack speed bonuses.

Crystalline Exoskeleton

  • Base shield changed to 12/13/14/15/16% maximum health from 80/135/190/245/300.

Fracture

  • New Passive - Crystalize: Enemies hit are afflicted with Crystallizing Sting for 5 seconds, causing Skarner's next basic attack against them to deal 25/50/75/100/125 bonus physical damage and stun them for 1 second.
  • Enemies afflicted with Crystallizing Sting's stun or Impale suppression grant Skarner Crystal Spires as well as reduce Fracture cooldown by each disable's respective duration.
  • New Effect: Projectile can hit up to 6 enemies but speed is reduced per hit landed
  • Mana cost changed to 55 at all ranks from 50/55/60/65/70.
  • Cooldown increased to 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 seconds from 12/11.5/11/10.5/10.

Impale

  • Removed: Bonus magic damage to targets afflicted with Crystallizing Sting
  • Cooldown changed to 120/100/80 seconds from 110/100/90.
  • Mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 100/125/150.
  • Base damage reduced to 20/60/100 from 100/150/200.
  • New Effect: Has a (+ 100% AD) ratio.

  • Unique Active - Crescent: On your next basic attack, Cleave deals 40 (+10% of your maximum health) physical damage to all targets in a larger cone. Damage does not stack with Cleave. 20 second cooldown.
  • Activating Crescent resets your autoattack timer.
