Warmogs had a pretty significant power shift moving into this season, and unfortunately it ended up on the weaker side. This patch we're buffing up the capstone effect to make sure this item stays a later-in-the-game purchase on most champions and lowering the gold cost now that it is less in danger of being poached by supports.

Support champions are purchasing Warmog's first and hitting the bonus health threshold through a combination of the support quest item (200 hp), the scaling health stat shard, and sometimes Overgrowth. The 1000 warmogs hp + 200 support quest hp + runes is meeting the 1300 bonus health requirement a little too easily and we'd rather supports weren't rushing this item and unlocking its passive in this way.

Warmog's is receiving a hefty simple buff. At 3100 gold it's the second most expensive tank item in the game, so we decided to give it an eye-popping amount of health to stand out as a premiere tank item. We haven't changed the Warmog's Heart threshold, so it should be easy to activate in your second slot.
