Glacial Augment

  • New Effect:
  • immobilize an enemy champion will cause 3 glacial rays to emanate from them towards you and other nearby enemy champions, creating icy zones that slow enemies within by 35% (+ 2% per 100 AP) (+ 2% per 100 bonus AD) (+ 5% per 10% heal and shield power) and reducing their damage by 15% against your allies, excluding yourself, for 3 (+ 100% of the immobilizing effect's duration) seconds.
  • Cooldown: 25 seconds.
  • Old Effect:
  • Glacial Augment: Basic attacks on-hit slow enemy champions by 45 to 55 for 2 seconds, which increases in effectiveness over the duration. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.
  • Cooldown: 7/6/5/4 (per target) seconds.
  • Freeze Ray: slow an enemy champion with an item active creates a 600-unit frozen line in their direction for 5 seconds, slow all enemies within by 60%. The Freeze Ray can fire upon any number of champions concurrently, and has no cooldown.
