With all the extra experience and/or gold scaling in Gwen's primary roles, she's become a total monster in the new season. While her recent jungle nerfs brought her two roles to similar power levels, they're both equally overpowered. We're not looking to significantly change her power curve, just make her fairer to play against and since we want to maintain her as a premier AP fighter, this means reducing her burst damage.

- Base damage per snip reduced to 10/13.5/17/20.5/24 from 10/15/20/25/30.
- Minion damage increased to 80% from 75%.

- Base damage per needle reduced to 30/50/70 from 35/65/95.
Gwen jungle has skyrocketed in both pickrate and winrate. While we're excited to see her loving the new season and snipping from dusk til dawn, we need to make sure she's not turning all opponents (especially jungle camps) into paper.

- Bug Fix: Corrected Recall animation.
Back in 25.06 we sought to give Gwen more power over her laning phase while still being that scaling AP skirmisher. However, those changes have left her in a less popular state that has alienated Gwen players from the version of her that they enjoyed. So we're going back to almost the exact same champion from 25.05, with two differences: Her armor growth is a little lower, and her jungle levers are weaker. These two changes weren't reverted because she was a little too strong in top and significantly too strong in the jungle back before the changes. Enjoy your Gwensday tomorrow!

A Thousand Cuts (Innate)
- Innate: Gwen's basic attacks, the center of Snip Snip!, and Needlework deal bonus magic damage equal to 1% (+ 0.8% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health.
- A Thousand Cuts is modified based on the target:
- heal Gwen for 70% of post-mitigation damage dealt against champion.
- Deals an additional 8 to 30 (based on level) bonus magic damage against minions that are below 40% of their maximum health.
- Deals a maximum of 10 (+ 25% AP) magic damage against monsters.
Snip Snip! (Q)
- Passive: Gwen's basic attacks on-hit grant a stack of Snippy for 6 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Subsequent attacks refresh the duration on-hit.
- Active: Gwen snips at least twice with her scissors in a cone in the target direction over the cast time, dealing 8/10.75/13.5/16.25/19 (+ 5% AP) magic damage per snip to all enemies within the area. The final snip deals 40/53.75/67.5/81.25/95 (+ 25% AP) damage.
- If she has any Snippy stacks, she consumes each one to snip an additional time.
- The center of each snip deals true damage instead and applies A Thousand Cuts.
- Mana Cost: 40.
- Cooldown: 6.5/5.75/5/4.25/3.5 seconds.
- Cast Time: 0.5 seconds.
Hallowed Mist (W)
- Active: Gwen summons the Hallowed Mist around her, lasting for 5 seconds or until she leaves the area. Hallowed Mist can be recast once after 0.5 seconds for the duration, and does so automatically if Gwen attempts to leave the area.
- While inside the mist, Gwen gains ghosting, 20 (+ 5% AP) bonus armor and bonus magic resistance and is untargetable to all enemies (except turret) outside of the mist.
- Recast: Gwen commands the mist to move to her current location.
- Mana Cost: 60.
- Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds.
- Effect Radius: 480.
- Speed: 2000.
- Cast Time: None.
Skip 'n Slash (E)
- Active: Gwen dash to the target location, and afterwards she gains 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 8% AP) bonus magic damage on-hit on her basic attacks, 40/50/60/70/80% bonus attack speed and 100 bonus attack range for 4 seconds.
- Gwen's first basic attack within the duration refunds 50% of Skip 'n Slash's cooldown.
- Skip 'n Slash basic attack reset Gwen's basic attack timer.
- Skip 'n Slash can be cast during any of Gwen's abilities, and vice versa.
- Mana Cost: 35.
- Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds.
- Target Range: 350 / 450.
- Cast Time: None.
Needlework (R)
- Active: Gwen can activate Needlework up to 3 times, launching needles in the target direction with each cast. Each needle deals 30/55/80 (+ 8% AP) magic damage and applies A Thousand Cuts to enemies it passes through, in addition to slow them by 40/50/60% for 1.5 seconds. For each individual target, needle hits beyond the first slow by 15/20/25%.
- Within 6 seconds after the first cast, Gwen needs to hit a basic attack or Snip Snip! to unlock the second cast. After using the second cast, the duration is refreshed and she may repeat the aforementioned actions to unlock the third cast. Both the second and third casts are only available for the remaining duration. Each subsequent cast increases the amount of needles launched by 2.
