Champions
[HOTFIX] Kindred has tumbled onto the Rift and been delivering death in both Lanes and Jungle alike, dominating in games. We’re dialing back their early damage so their opponents are able to fight back.
General
- •Released March 29, 2024 (00:01 UTC).
Stats
- •Base armor reduced from 40 to 37.
- •Base attack damage reduced from 70 to 66.
- •Base health reduced from 630 to 600.
Dance of Arrows
- •Base damage reduced from 65/90/115/140 to 50/75/100/125.
Mounting Dread
- •Health ratio reduced from 8% (+ 1% per Mark of the Kindred) target's missing health to 8% (+ 0.5% per Mark of the Kindred).
We’re buffing Braum’s damage so he can protect his team better both in the early game, as well as in teamfights later on. Now when he shouts, “stand behind me!” You can trust he will stay there.
Stats
- •Base attack damage increased from 54 to 58.
- •Base mana increased from 300 to 380.
Concussive Blows
- •Stun duration increased from 1 to 1.5 (based on level) to 1.25 to 1.75 (based on level).
Unbreakable
- •Incoming damage reduction increased from 28/32/36/40% to 35/40/45/50%.
- •Bonus movement speed increased from 10% to 15%.
General
- •Damage: 100% → 110%
Graves hasn’t been measuring up against other Junglers, especially when he falls behind in items. We’re tweaking some numbers around so he can keep up.
Stats
- •Base attack damage increased from 64 to 66.
- •Base health increased from 570 to 630.
Jayce hasn’t been as impactful in the later stages of the game like we hoped. These changes will improve his survivability so he can hammer through more teamfights.
Stats
- •Base mana increased from 345 to 420.
- •Armor growth increased from 4.3 to 5.
- •Health growth increased from 112 to 120.
Acceleration Gate
- •Bonus movement speed duration increased from 3 seconds at all ranks to 2.5/3.16667/3.83333/4.5.
- •Editor's Note: This change does not appear to have been applied.
Nautilus hasn’t been as tanky as he should be. These changes will let him soak up all the damage he needs to for his carries to shine.
Titan's Wrath
- •Shield health ratio increased from 11/12/13/14% maximum health to 12/13/14/15%.
- •On-hit base damage increased from 40/50/60/70 to 50/60/70/80.
His AOE damage has been through the roof lately. We’re adjusting the numbers to make sure he’s consistent with his opponents.
Lightning Rush
- •Base damage reduced from 70/125/180/235 to 60/110/160/210.
- •Bonus movement speed reduced from 110% to 100%.
Slicing Maelstrom
- •Base damage per 0.5 seconds reduced from 30/60/90 to 20/55/90.
- •Total base damage reduced from 180/360/540 to 120/330/540.
- •AP ratio per 0.5 seconds reduced from 15% AP to 13%.
- •Total AP ratio reduced from 90% AP to 78%.
Lee Sin is able to gain advantages early and deal massive amounts of damage to his enemies. These changes will give his opponents a chance to catch their breath.

- •Base health reduced from 650 to 630.
Dragon's Rage
- •Base damage reduced from 100/300/500 to 100/250/400.
We are toning down Syndra’s damage so she’s not overpowering the other mages in-game. She is still going to be a strong late game carry, but not unreasonable to deal with.
Transcendent
- •Bonus ability power reduced from 15% AP to 12%.
Force of Will
- •Cooldown increased from 11/10/9/8 seconds to 12/11/10/9.
- •Base damage reduced from 60/105/150/195 to 60/100/140/180.
- •AP ratio reduced from 55% AP to 45%.
Who told him he can disable the Nexus?!
Stormbringer
- •Removed: No longer disables Nexus turret.
Yuumi has been protecting her best friends a little too well. These changes will make sure she’s measuring up against her opponents and allows players to have more decision making power when it comes to her abilities.
You and Me!
- •Bonus attack damage per level reduced from 5.25 to 8.75% (based on level) to 5.15 to 7.25% (based on level).
- •Bonus ability power per level reduced from 5.25 to 8.75% (based on level) to 5.15 to 7.25% (based on level).
Final Chapter
- •Cooldown increased from 75/65/55 seconds to 85/75/65.
- •Root duration reduced from 1.75 seconds to 1.5.
We’ve buffed Morgana’s ability to protect her teammates so she can shine both as a damage dealer and a support. We are also tweaking her damage to monsters so she’s more in-line with other Junglers.
Tormented Shadow
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 225% to 195%.
Black Shield
- •Duration increased from 4 seconds to 5.
Our blossoming popstar could use some more limelight. These changes will help her reach the stardom she deserves late games!
Surround Sound
- •Cooldown reduced from 23/20/17/14 seconds to 22/19/16/13.
- •Bonus movement speed reduced from 20% at all ranks to 20/22.5/25/27.5%.
- •Base shield increased from 60/80/100/120 to 60/90/120/150.
- •Shield AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 35%.
- •Heal health ratio increased from 6.5% target's missing health per ally to 7.5%.
Our newest Noxian assassin has been clearing the Jungle real fast so we’re nerfing his damage to monsters. We’ve also noticed he’s pretty slow vaulting over walls which is subpar for an assassin of his caliber. Now he’ll be able to go through terrain more flexibly.

- •Bugfix: Updated Loading poster and Square icon from the old design into the updated design.
Blade's End
- •Damage against monsters reduced from 120% to 90%.
Assassin's Path
- •Dash speed increased from 100% movement speed to 110%.
The Monkey King is getting his highly anticipated rework this patch! Now he should be able to survive longer in teamfights, deal more damage, and have more room for outplays.

- •Base health regeneration increased from 7.5 to 12.
- •Editor's note: Patch notes error writes old base health regeneration at 9 instead of 7.5 (It reads 8 ingame).
Stone Skin (Innate)
- •Innate: Whenever Wukong himself damages an enemy champion, he generates a stack of Stone Skin lasting 5 seconds, refreshing on subsequent hits and stacking up to 3 times.
- •Stone Skin: For each stack, Wukong gains 10 to 18 (based on level) bonus armor and bonus health regeneration equal to 1.5% maximum health, up to a maximum of 30 to 54 (based on level) bonus armor and 4.5% maximum health.
Golden Staff (1)
- •Passive: Periodically, the next cast of Golden Staff will deal 50% increased damage. This cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds upon scoring an assist, and refreshed upon killing a champion.
- •Passive: Whenever Wukong or his Warrior Trickster basic attack an enemy, the active cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds.
- •Active: Wukong empowers his next basic attack within 5 seconds to have an uncancellable windup, gain 175 bonus range, and deal 50/70/90/110 (+ 35/40/45/50% AD) bonus physical damage.
- •Mana Cost: 40
- •Static cooldown: 12/10/8/6
- •Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5 seconds.

Warrior Trickster (2)
- •Active: Wukong becomes invisible for 1 second and dashes to the target location, leaving behind a clone of himself at his casting position. The clone will move in the same direction if Wukong was moving at cast.
- •The clone is untargetable to allies and can basic attack autonomously, prioritizing the last enemy Wukong damaged. It can also gain the effects of Golden Staff and Nimbus Strike bonus attack speed, and casts Nimbus Strike and Cyclone whenever Wukong does.
- •The clone deals 20/30/40/50% reduced outgoing damage and will remain for 3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds.
- •Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70
- •Cooldown: 17/16/15/14 seconds.

Nimbus Strike (3)
- •Active: Wukong dashes to the target enemy's location, dealing 80/120/160/200 (+ 80% bonus AD) physical damage and gaining 25/35/45/55% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.
- •At the same time, he sends out untargetable clones to strike up to two additional surrounding enemies, dealing the same physical damage.
- •Mana Cost: 45/50/55/60
- •Cooldown: 8

Cyclone (4)
- •Active: Wukong spins his staff around for up to 2 seconds, gaining 20% bonus movement speed. The staff deals physical damage equal to 1.25/1.75/2.25% target's maximum health (+ 27.5% AD) every 0.25 seconds to enemies hit, and can knock them up once for 0.75 seconds. Cyclone will not knock up enemies who were already hit by either Wukong or his Warrior Trickster within the same cast.
- •Cyclone can be recast after 0.5 seconds within the duration, and does so automatically afterwards or by casting another ability.
- •Recast: Wukong ends Cyclone. After 3 seconds, he can cast Cyclone a second time within 8 seconds of the first cast.

- •Cooldown: 80/70/60 seconds.

Items
We’re buffing Gargoyle’s active so tanks can effectively use the shield in fights. We’re also changing the damage reduction to disappear when the shield is broken.
Stoneplate
- •Gain a shield absorbs damage of (20% → 25%) of maximum Health, decaying in 4s (75s Cooldown → 60s Cooldown)
- •[New] If the shield breaks early, damage reduction will end.
We’re buffing the cost efficiency of Berserker’s Greaves to make it a great option for champions that rely on attacks.

- •Attack damage increased from 18 to 20.
- •Attack speed increased from 30% to 35%.
Divine Sunderer hasn’t been offering players the best value for their gold compared to other items. We are adjusting its price and stats to make it consistent with other items.

- •Total cost reduced from 3450 gold to 3400 gold.
- •Combine cost reduced from 550 gold to 500 gold.
- •Health increased from 400 to 425.
Unique Active - Stoneplate
- •Cooldown reduced from 75 seconds to 60.
- •Health ratio increased from 20/40% (at level 1/3) (based on nearby enemy champions) maximum health to 25/75% (at level 1/3) (based on nearby enemy champions).
- •New effect: The outgoing damage reduction will end prematurely when the shield is destroyed.
Stormrazor has been getting outshined by its fellow marksman items. We’re buffing its passive to make it a more valuable pick up again.
Unique Passive - Paralyze
- •Bonus magic damage increased from 50 to 120 (based on level) to 65 to 135 (based on level).
- •Slow duration increased from 0.5 seconds to 0.75.
Spear of Shojin hasn’t been having a great performance in the early game. We’re buffing its power in lane, while making sure it’s not overpowered for teamfights.
Unique Passive - Dragon Awakening
- •Duration increased from 8 seconds to 10.
- •Movement speed reduced from 30% to 25%.
New Unique Passive - Rising Dragon
- •: +5% movement speed.
Trinity Force’s passive’s name has been changed so it no longer shares the same name as the one Black Cleaver has.
Unique passive - Rage
- •Unique passive renamed from Rage to Valor.
