Abilities
DamnationWR
Passive - Damnation

Innate: Thresh's armor does not increase through growth (per level).

Innate: Enemy champions, large minions and large monsters that die near Thresh drop a Soul for 7 seconds. Epic monsters drop 2 Souls while lesser minions and monsters have a chance to drop a Soul.

Thresh automatically collects Souls near him or a placed Dark Passage.

Soul: For each stack, Thresh gains 2 ability power and 2 bonus armor.

Death SentenceWR
Ability 1 - Death Sentence
Cost: 70 Mana
CD: 17 / 15 / 13 / 11
Cast Time: 0.5

Active: Thresh throws out his scythe in the target direction, becoming unable to move or attack while it is in flight.

Magic Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 (+ 50% AP)

The scythe catches the first enemy hit to deal magic damage, stun and reveal them for 1.5 seconds, and render them airborne for 0.4 seconds, as well as reduce Death Sentence's current cooldown by 3 seconds. Thresh will also mark the target Shackled for 1.5 seconds, during which he is unable to declare basic attacks.

While the target is stunned, Thresh tugs his hook towards him twice, once after a 0.1 -second delay and again 0.6 seconds after that. With each tug, the target is pulled a short distance towards Thresh. After 0.4 seconds of hitting an enemy, or instantly after hitting a minion or monster, Thresh can recast the ability while the target is Shackled.

Recast - Deathly Leap: Thresh stops tugging his hook and dashes to the Shackled enemy, becoming able to attack again upon arrival. He can cast Dark Passage and Flay during the dash.

Dark PassageWR
Ability 2 - Dark Passage
Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 Mana
CD: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16
Cast Time: None

Active: Thresh throws his lantern to the target location over 0.5 seconds, lasting for 6 seconds while he remains nearby and granting sight of its surroundings. If Thresh moves too far away from the lantern, it returns back to him immediately.

Shield Strength: 65 / 115 / 165 / 215 (+ 2 per Damnation collected)

Thresh and the first allied champion to come near the lantern are granted a shield for 4 seconds. An ally can use the Minion Button while in proximity of the lantern to dash to Thresh and gain the shield.

''An ally cannot use the lantern while immobilized, grounded, or silenced.

FlayWR
Ability 3 - Flay
Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 Mana
CD: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9
Cast Time: 0.6

Passive: Thresh's basic attacks are empowered to deal bonus magic damage, with the AD ratio increasing over 6 seconds without basic attacking enemies.

Minimum Bonus Magic Damage: 2 per Damnation collected (+ 0% AD)
Maximum Bonus Magic Damage: 2 per Damnation collected (+ 0% AD)
Magic Damage: 65 / 105 / 145 / 185 (+ 40% AP)
Slow: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%

Active: Thresh sweeps his chain across the ground in a broad line and a radius around him, starting behind him and towards the target direction. Enemies hit are dealt magic damage and knocked in the target direction, and then are slowed for 1 second.

The BoxWR
Ability 4 - The Box
Cost: 100 Mana
CD: 85 / 80 / 75
Cast Time: 0.45

Active: Thresh erects a pentagon of spectral walls around him that each last for 4 seconds. A wall will break upon enemy champion contact, dealing magic damage and slowing them by 99% for 2 seconds. After the first wall breaks, the rest will deal no damage and slow for only 1 second.

Magic Damage: 250 / 400 / 550 (+ 100% AP)

Enemies that break a wall cannot do so again for 1 second.

Patch 4.1cNerf

Flay

  • On-hit AD ratio reduced from 100/125/150/175% AD to 80/100/120/140%.
Patch 3.5aNerf

Players in higher skill levels can take advantage of Flay’s powerful early ranks while putting points into other skills. We don’t mind optimizations around skill order, but we think the tradeoff for not putting points into Flay isn’t currently meaningful enough, so we’re bumping up the early cooldown.

Flay

  • Cooldown increased from 10.5/10/9.5/9 seconds to 12/11/10/9.
Patch 3.3Buff

The Box

  • Cooldown reduced from 110/95/80 seconds to 85/80/75.
Patch 3.2cBuff

Right now, Thresh isn’t as durable as we’d like to see him in the later stages of the game, and we want to continue to encourage Thresh players to keep collecting the souls of the damned, so we’re giving a small boost to the Soul value.

Damnation

  • Bonus armor per soul increased from 1.5 to 2.
  • Ability power per soul increased from 1.5 to 2.
Patch 2.5Change

General

  • Model and splash artwork have been updated to more closely match his design from Thresh Unbound: A Night at the Inn.
Patch 2.4dBuff

We’ve been cautiously buffing Thresh over time due to his high-skillcap gameplay, but he is still performing below our expectations. We are giving him a bit more reason to care about collecting souls with some extra basic attack damage.

Flay

  • Bonus passive magic damage per soul increased from 1 to 2.
Patch 2.4bBuff

While Thresh is a high-skill cap champion, his power levels upon release left something to be desired. We’re increasing the base soul drop rate and reducing (3) Flay's charge time to compensate for Wild Rift's faster pace and shorter gametime.

Stats

  • Base health increased from 570 to 610.
  • Base health regeneration increased from 7.5 to 11.

Damnation

  • Base soul drop rate increased from 33% to 40%. Bad luck protection unchanged.

Dark Passage

  • Shield changed from 55/110/165/220 to 65/115/165/215.

Flay

  • Passive charge time reduced from 10 seconds to 6.
Patch 2.4aNew

Thresh added to Wild Rift

Sadistic and cunning, Thresh is an ambitious and restless spirit of the Shadow Isles. Once the custodian of countless arcane secrets, he was undone by a power greater than life or death, and now sustains himself by tormenting and breaking others with slow, excruciating inventiveness. His victims suffer far beyond their brief mortal coil as Thresh wreaks agony upon their souls, imprisoning them in his unholy lantern to torture for all eternity.
