[HOTFIX] Talon has not been the all-star assassin we have anticipated with his release. These changes will allow him to deal more damage while retaining his flexible playstyle.

Stats
- •Base health increased from 630 to 660.
Blade's End
- •Base damage increased from 75 to 215 (based on level) to 80 to 280 (based on level).
- •AD ratio increased from 200% bonus AD to 210%.
Noxian Diplomacy
- •Cooldown reduced from 8/7.5/7/6.5 seconds to 6/5.5/5/4.5.
- •Base damage increased from 65/90/115/140 to 95/120/145/170.
Rake
- •Outgoing base damage increased from 50/60/70/80 to 60/70/80/90.
- •Outgoing AD ratio increased from 40% to 50%.
- •Returning base damage increased from 50/90/130/170 to 60/100/140/180.
- •Returning AD ratio increased from 80% to 90%.
Akali has been our resident glass cannon assassin but she’s been a bit too fragile recently. We’re making her just a little tankier so she doesn’t have to perform the perfect combo to get a kill and live. She will also do more damage in the mid game where she tends to struggle.
Stats
- •Armor growth increased from 4.3 to 5.
Assassin's Mark
- •Base damage increased from 28 to 140 (based on level) to 35 to 175 (based on level).
- •AP ratio increased from 50% AP to 55%.
Gragas has been needing a little boost in the jungle. Now he will be able to body slam his way through the jungle and lanes alike.
Drunken Rage
- •AP ratio increased from 75% AP to 90%.
Body Slam
- •AP ratio increased from 70% AP to 80%.
Explosive Cask
- •AP ratio increased from 70% AP to 80%.
We’ve tweaked Katarina’s numbers around so she has more opportunities for outplays in the early-to-mid game while also improving her burst damage.
Lucian has been falling off in the mid-to-late game. This change should allow him to apply marks more often and trigger his passive more often, leading to smoother and more impactful gameplay.
Ardent Blaze
- •Cooldown reduced from 13/12/11/10 seconds to 13/11.5/10/8.5.
- •Base damage increased from 75/120/165/210 to 75/125/175/225.
Renekton has also not been performing the best in mid-to-late game. We’re buffing his Ultimate so he can leave his opponents in the dust faster than you can say see ya later alligator. (Just kidding we know he’s a crocodile).
Dominus
- •Bonus health increased from 300/525/750 to 300/575/850.
- •Base damage per 0.5 seconds increased from 35/55/75 to 35/60/85.
- •Total base damage increased from 840/1320/1800 to 840/1440/2040.
As a marksman, Samira is underperforming, especially against tanks in teamfights. We’re tweaking her ultimate numbers some so she can make a dent in a sea of Heartsteels and Titanic Hydras.
Inferno Trigger
- •Movement speed reduction reduced from 40% to 30%.
- •Base damage per 0.2 seconds increased from 5/15/25 to 5/20/35.
- •Total base damage increased from 50/150/250 to 50/200/350.
- •AD ratio per 0.2 seconds increased from 55% AD to 60%.
- •Total AD ratio increased from 550% AD to 600%.
The new items that have come out recently fit Dr. Mundo well… maybe a little too well. We’re adjusting his numbers some so he’s not running rampant across the Rift.
Heart Zapper
- •Detonation health ratio reduced from 7% bonus health to 5%.
Blunt Force Trauma
- •Health ratio reduced from 7% bonus health to 5%.
Karma is a breeze in my hair on the weekend, Karma is a relaxing thought… and she’s also doing too much damage early game. We’re adjusting her burst damage so there will be options for outplays as she has to kite for more damage with a lower cooldown on her shield.
Inner Flame
- •Base damage reduced from 70/110/150/190 to 60/100/140/180.
- •Mantra base damage reduced from 70/150/230/310 to 65/140/215/290.
- •Slow reduced from 50% at all ranks to 42.5/45/47.5/50%.
Inspire
- •Cooldown reduced from 10/9.5/9/8.5 seconds to 10/9/8/7.
Sett is another one of our darlings in the Baron Lane that has been absolutely dominating with the new items. He is also getting some tweaks so his opponents can keep up with his jabs.
Haymaker
- •Maximum grit reduced from 50% maximum health to 45%.
The Show Stopper
- •Health ratio reduced from 40/50/60% primary target's bonus health to 35/45/55%.
Our favorite Dragon in the Mid Lane has been bursting tanks way faster than he should be. Now he’s gonna need some more Stardust to do that kind of damage.
Cosmic Creator
- •Stardust health ratio reduced from 3% target's maximum health per 100 Stardust to 2.5%.
Singularity
- •AP ratio per 0.2 seconds increased from 5% AP to 3% AP.
- •Total AP ratio increased from 125% AP to 75% AP.
Tryndamere has been having a hard time against the other tanky Baron Laners. Now he will be able to survive better in lane and deal more damage.
Bloodlust
- •Bonus attack damage increased from 5/10/15/20 to 10/15/20/25.
- •Base heal per fury increased from 1/10/19/28 to 1.5/2.1/2.7/3.3.
A little buff to Urgot’s late-game damage is just what he needs! Now he and his legs can carry you to victory even easier.
Echoing Flames
- •AD ratio increased from 50/60/70/80% (at level 1/5/9/13) to 50/65/80/95% (at level 1/5/9/13).
- •Health ratio increased from 2/3/4/5% (at level 1/5/9/13) target's maximum health to 2/3.5/5/6.5% (at level 1/5/9/13)

- •Movement speed reduction reduced from 125 at all ranks to 125/110/95/80.
