Unique Passive - Paralyze
- Removed.
New Unique Passive - Stormarrow:
- Energized attacks slow by 50% for 0.75 seconds and grant you 45 bonus move speed for 0.75 seconds.
Patch 5.3
ChangeGeneral
- Replaces Stormrazor.
Recipe:
- Noonquiver + Long Sword + Brawler's Gloves + 650 gold = 3000 gold
Stats:
- 40 attack damage, 20% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance.
Unique Passive - Energized:
- Your movement and basic attacks will generate stacks of Energy, stacking up to 100. At maximum stacks, your next basic attack will consume them all to deal 65 to 135 (based on level) bonus magic damage and activate all Energized effects.
Unique Passive - Stormarrow:
- Energized attacks slow by 75% for 0.75 seconds and grant you 60 bonus move speed for 0.75 seconds.
- Limited to 1 Hextech Stormrazor.
Patch 5.0c
BuffStormrazor has been getting outshined by its fellow marksman items. We’re buffing its passive to make it a more valuable pick up again.
Unique Passive - Paralyze
- Bonus magic damage increased from 50 to 120 (based on level) to 65 to 135 (based on level).
- Slow duration increased from 0.5 seconds to 0.75.

Patch 4.2
ChangeSimilar to Immortal Shieldbow, we wanted to make sure that Attack Damage players had some more options for early-to-mid-game items that would give them a little extra oomph in damage. We’re reducing the cost of its components so you don’t have to kill as many minions before you pick them up.
New recipe:
- Noonquiver + Long Sword + Brawler's Gloves + 900 gold = 3100 gold
- Old recipe: B. F. Sword + Kircheis Shard + 700 gold = 3100 gold.
Patch 3.1
BuffStormrazor’s build path hasn’t been the most desirable for marksmen, even when they build other Energized items. We’re replacing Cloak of Agility with a B.F. Sword and giving it some more Attack Damage. This should help Stormrazor have more synergy with the other Energized items that focus on Attack Speed.
New Recipe:
- B. F. Sword + Kircheis Shard + 700 gold = 3100 gold.
- Old Recipe: Kircheis Shard + Cloak of Agility + 1000 gold = 2900 gold.
- Attack damage increased from 25 to 40.

- New Effect: Energized attack's bonus magic damage now stacks with other Energized item passives.

Stormrazor is also coming from League PC to round out our energized item system and offer a splash of utility for players who like to buy other energized items.
Recipe:
- Cloak of Agility + Kircheis Shard + 1000 gold = 2900 gold.
Stats:
- 25 attack damage, 20% attack speed, 25% critical strike chance.
Unique Passive - Paralyze:
- At maximum stacks your next basic attack deals 50 to 120 (based on level) bonus magic damage, slows by 75% for 0.5 seconds and activates all Energized effects.
