We've improved Annie's mid-game laning and ganking potential, allowing her to leverage her strengths earlier and provide more support for her teammates.

- Bugfix: Fixed a bug where Gwen Hallowed Mist considered the pounce to be sourced from Annie instead of Tibbers. The pounce should now be able to affect Gwen even when Annie is not inside Hallowed Mist.
- Bugfix: Fixed a bug that caused the pounce not to interrupt Senna Curse of the Black Mist camouflage.
After her rework, Annie has been burning her foes to a crisp with her high damage burst and pouncing Tibbers. To give her opponents more options when they’re playing against her we’re lowering some of the damage she and her furry friend can deal.

- Stun duration reduced from 1.25/1.5/1.75 (at level 1/6/11) seconds to 1/1.25/1.5 (at level 1/6/11).

- Base damage reduced from 80/130/180/230 to 80/125/170/215.
Molten Shield
- Cooldown changed from 14/13/12/11 seconds to 14 at all ranks.
- Base shield reduced from 50/110/170/230 to 50/100/150/200.
- Bonus movement speed reduced from 30/35/40/45% to 20/25/30/35%.

- First cast base damage reduced from 140/250/360 to 130/230/330.
- Second cast base damage reduced from 120/170/220 to 110/150/190.
- Second cast AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 30%.
- Second cast target range reduced from 800 to 700.
Annie was one of the first champions to join League of Legends and Wild Rift! And while she and her beary best friends are and always will be iconic, we also saw some room to make some adjustments to her kit. We’ve reworked her third ability and her ultimate, which should make her kit feel smoother and more flexible. The changes to her ultimate will allow Annie to send Tibbers at one of her foes, which should allow him to protect her more and also give your enemies a little bit of a jump scare.
Stats
- Health growth reduced from 105 to 96.
- Armor growth reduced from 3.9 to 3.5.
Molten Shield
- New effect: Grants 30/35/40/45% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.
- Removed: No longer damages enemies who basic attack the shield for 25/40/55/70 (+ 30% AP) magic damage.
- Removed: Can no longer be cast on allies.
Summon: Tibbers
- Duration reduced from 30 seconds to 20.
- Tibbers base attack damage increased from 50/75/100 to 70/100/130.
- New effect: After 2 seconds, this ability can be recast on an enemy to enrage and command Tibbers to dash to them, dealing 120/170/220 (+ 40% AP) magic damage and knocking up for 1 second.
- Removed: Tibbers no longer enrages against targets affected by Pyromania.
- Removed: Tibbers no longer has an aura that burns enemies for 25/40/56 (+ 12% AP) per second.

Pyromania
- New: Pyromania gains max stacks upon Annie spawning and respawning.
Annie is strong for a lot of players, but there's some parts of her kit that could use some improvements. We’re cutting away some power in the form of base stats while significantly improving the usability and feel of Disintegrate.

- Armor growth reduced from 4.7 to 3.9.
- Movement speed reduced from 335 to 330.
Disintegrate
- Missile speed increased from 1500 to 1800.
- Explosion radius increased from 75 to 100.

- Cooldown reduced from 80/70/60 seconds to 70/65/60.
Annie’s ultimate is too generous in allowing her to stun targets from long distance, and it’s currently too easy to snag multiple enemies in a single cast. We’re bringing down the radius and damage of the initial Tibbers cast, but to compensate, we’re pulling power out of her (3) Molten Shield in order to buff up the bear himself, and make him into a larger threat.
Molten Shield
- Cooldown changed from 12 seconds at all ranks to 14/13/12/11.
- Shield changed from 60/110/160/210 to 50/110/170/230.
- Shield AP ratio reduced from 60% AP to 40%.
- Removed: Can no longer target allied clones.
Summon: Tibbers
- Effect radius reduced from 275 to 225.
- Base damage reduced to 140/250/360 from 150/275/400.
- Tibbers flame aura effect radius increased from 200 to 300.
- Tibbers flame aura base damage per second increased from 20/30/40 to 24/40/56.
- Tibbers flame aura AP ratio per second increased from 10% AP to 12%.
- Tibbers flame aura tickrate changed from 1 tick per second to 4.
- Removed: Tibbers' enrage attack speed no longer decays over 3 seconds.
Annie has been heating up in the mid lane, so we're reducing her early game power to let her opponents cool off a bit.

- Base health reduced from 570 to 530.
Incinerate
- Mana cost increased from 60/70/80/90 to 70/80/90/100.
Annie added to Wild Rift
As a general design philosophy for Wild Rift, we do not want to mana gate champions so hard. Annie feels like she’s one of the few champions that had big mana issues, so we’re reducing her costs.

- Mana: 70/80/90/100 → 60/70/80/90
