Innate: Vladimir gains ability power equal to 4.5% bonus health and bonus health equal to 120% AP. These bonuses do not stack with each other.

Active: Vladimir drains blood from the target enemy, dealing magic damage and healing himself. He then generates a stack of Bloodthirst over the cooldown, which is displayed in his secondary resource bar.

At 2 stacks, Vladimir gains 10% / 20% / 30% / 40% bonus movement speed ms for 0.5 seconds, and enters Crimson Rush while the Bloodthirst depletes over 2.5 seconds. The Bloodthirst depletes 75% slower during Sanguine Pool, Tides of Blood, or stasis.

Crimson Rush Bonus: Transfusion consumes all Bloodthirst to deal 75% increased damage and heal Vladimir for an additional 30 - 170 (based on level) (+ 5% (+ 3% per 100 AP) missing health), reduced to 35% against minions.

Active: Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. He also gains 27.5% bonus movement speed that decays exponentially over 1 second.

Magic Damage Per Tick: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 (+ 2% maximum health)
Total Magic Damage: 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 (+ 8% maximum health)

Enemies within the pool are slowed by 40% and dealt magic damage every 0.5 seconds over the duration, healing Vladimir for 15% of the outgoing damage.

Vladimir cannot use basic attacks nor abilities during Sanguine Pool, but he can still move. If Tides of Blood is charging at the time of Sanguine Pool's activation, that ability may still be recast.

Active: Vladimir charges for up to 1.5 seconds, during which he increases Tides of Blood's damage over the first second of the channel, and becomes slowed by 20% afterwards for the remaining duration. Tides of Blood can be recast within the duration and does so automatically afterwards or if interrupted.

Recast: Vladimir unleashes a nova to deal magic damage to nearby enemies, increased based on charge time. If Tides of Blood was charged for at least 1 second, enemies hit are also slowed for 0.5 seconds.

If Vladimir is below 12% maximum health, Tides of Blood will not incur the cost.

Active: Vladimir spreads a virulent plague at the target location that infects enemies hit for 4 seconds, causing them to take 10% bonus magic damage from all incoming damage.

Afterwards, the infection bursts to deal magic damage to affected targets and, after a 0.4 -second delay, heals Vladimir for each infected champion, reduced to 40% for champions beyond the first.

Patch 4.4dNerf

Not many things age finer than Vladimir on the Rift. A bit too fine maybe. We’re watering him down a bit to make him a bit more palatable.

Transfusion

  • Base damage reduced from 80/110/140/170 to 70/100/130/160.
  • Crimson Rush bonus damage reduced from 85% to 75%.

Sanguine Pool

  • Bonus movement speed reduced from 35% to 27.5%.
Patch 4.4Buff

Stats

  • Base movement speed increased from 340 to 345.

Bugfix:

  • Fixed a bug that caused Vladimir's basic attack to disappear in front of the enemy fountain, causing it to not hit enemy champions.

Hemoplague

  • Bugfix: Fixed a bug that caused an assist not to be counted when Hemoplague hits Sion and Sion is killed by a turret.
Patch 4.3cNerf

Since Vladimir’s release, he has ruled the rift with his excellent sustain and high damage in the later stages of the game. On top of that, he’s also performing well in every lane, so we’re adjusting him to even the playing field.

Transfusion

  • Empowered heal reduced from 32 to 200 (based on level) to 30 to 170 (based on level).
  • Empowered heal AP health ratio reduced from 4% missing health per 100 AP to 5%.

Sanguine Pool

  • Health ratio reduced from 3% maximum health to 2%.

Tides of Blood

  • Base damage reduced from 30/50/70/90 to 20/40/60/80.
  • AP ratio reduced from 40% AP to 35%.
  • Health ratio reduced from 3% maximum health to 2.5%.
