Spinning Axe
- AD ratio increased from 90/100/110/120% AD to 100/110/120/130%.

- Base health increased from 610 to 630.
- Armor growth increased from 4.3 to 5.

- Magic resistance growth increased from 0.8 to 1.4.
Draven's early-game damage was over the top, even outshining some of our fighters. We’re adjusting his Attack Damage while still ensuring that his axes keep their edge in team fights.

Our recent systemic changes in addition to the buff we gave Draven has put him over the top. We like some of the power his recent changes gave him, so instead of axing it, we’re going to cut back on some of the damage Spinning Axe grants. This way Draven isn’t dealing as much damage when he gets those big purchases off passive cash-ins.

- Cooldown reduced to 70/65/60 from 80/70/60 seconds.
The Glorious Executioner hasn’t been meeting our axe-spectations lately, so we’re increasing his base Attack Speed and buffing the payout Draven gets for kills to make him more threatening when snowballing. We’re also making Blood Rush’s cooldown shorter, so it's a little more forgiving when you accidentally drop one of your axes (don’t worry, it happens to us too).

- Cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10.
While we may disagree with him that it's all about Draven all the time, we can agree that he has been underperforming compared to other marksmen in the Dragon Lane. We are giving him some extra damage on his ultimate so he can have an easier time closing out teamfights and getting those cash outs.
Whirling Death
- Bonus AD ratio increased from 110% bonus AD to 130%.
The Glorious Executioner has been underperforming since our last round of changes. He is good on his damage, but could be more flexible in his positioning. We are bumping up the utility portions of Draven’s kit to help him achieve glory once more.
Blood Rush
- Bonus movement speed increased from 40/45/50/55% to 50/55/60/65%.
Stand Aside
- Cooldown reduced from 18/16/14/12 seconds to 15/14/13/12.
Now that y’all seem to have better mastered Draven’s axe-catching shenanigans, he’s strutting into a more unhealthy spot. We’re toning down his damage so that we can still encourage his heavy AD playstyle, but opponents should have more space to fight against him before he snowballs outta control.
