- Base energy regeneration increased from 50 to 60.
As an assassin, Zed’s skill gap is shadow-sized, so we’re trimming his energy costs to help players get a better handle on the dark arts.

We’ve noticed in higher ranks that Zed’s jungle presence has been too oppressive due to his mobility and low cooldown on his ult. This has made it hard for his foes to confront him, so we’re reducing his jungle clear speed to rein him in as a jungler, without affecting his strength in the Mid Lane.

Restrained by his energy regeneration mechanism, it’s challenging for Zed to manage his lane and his enemies. We adjusted his energy consumption to help him farm better in lane.

Zed is struggling to deal with the enemy carries. We’ve tweaked his damage to make sure he remains a threat to worry about.

Zed is not doing so hot compared to other assassins, especially in the early game. We’re tweaking some of his numbers to ensure he’s keeping up.
Death Mark
- Stored damage increased from 25/40/55% to 30/42.5/55%.
We’re reducing the cooldown of Zed’s second ability, which should give him more flexibility to maneuver around lane and team fights so he can juke out his opponents.

Jungle Zed has been quietly dominating in higher levels of play. To slash down his ability to clear jungle camps, we’re reducing the damage Shadow Slash can deal to monsters.

Zed can deal massive amounts of damage by stacking his Shadow Slash with his shadows. We are adding falloff damage so this burst is more reasonable

The Master of Shadows has been dominating across all skill levels. We’re bringing down the strength of his early game to make it more difficult for Zed to get ahead and give him some vulnerabilities for his opponents to exploit.

Zed is overperforming, even when he doesn’t land his shurikens. We’re cutting down on his consistent damage in order to make Zed’s success more about landing the right spells at the right time.
