- •Base damage per mark increased to 15/25/35/45/55 from 10/20/30/40/50.
Allure
- •Charm duration increased to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.

Snip Snip!
- •Base damage per snip increased to 10/15/20/25/30 from 10/14/18/22/26.
- •Final snip base damage increased to 60/85/110/135/160 from 60/80/100/120/140.
W mana restoration increased. R bonus magic resist and armor now scales with bonus attack damage.
Lightning Field
- •Mana restore increased to 10/12/14/16/18/20 from 6/8/10/12/14/16.
Transform Mercury Hammer
- •New Effect: Bonus resistances now scale with 7.5% bonus AD.
R AD ratio increased.
Cyclone
- •AD ratio per tick increased to 34.375% AD from 27.5% AD.
- •AD ratio per cast increased to 275% AD from 220% AD.
Q base damage increased.
Bouncing Bomb
- •Base damage increased to 95/145/195/245/295 from 85/135/185/235/285.
Passive heal decreased.
Deathbringer Stance
- •Heal reduced to 80% of post-mitigation damage from 100%.
Human form Q range adjusted.
Neurotoxin
- •Cast range reduced to 575 units from 625.
- •Cast range changed to edge range from centered range.
Passive healing based on maximum health decreased. R cooldown increased late.
Sap Magic
- •Heal health ratio reduced to 4 to 10% (based on level) maximum health from 4.5 to 12% (based on level).
Nature's Grasp
- •Cooldown increased to 120/110/100 seconds from 120/100/80.
Base AD decreased, base attack speed decreased. Passive shield adjusted. W damage to monsters increased. E damage to champions decreased.
Mana Barrier
- •Shield strength changed to 15 to 45% (based on level) maximum mana from 30% at all levels.
Rocket Grab
- •Base damage reduced to 105/150/195/240/285 from 105/155/205/255/305.
Overdrive
- •Bonus non-champion damage increased to 60 to 220 (based on level) from 60 to 180 (based on level).
Power Fist
- •AD ratio reduced to 75% AD from 100% AD.
- •Non-champion AD ratio increased to 175% AD from 150% AD.
- •New Effect: Now occasionally knocks up minions and monsters to space if it overkills them.
Riposte
- •Bug Fix: Hemorrhage bleed stacks no longer deal 1 true damage at the end of Riposte despite being properly parried.
Explosive Cask
- •Bug Fix: Airborne debuff no longer lasts shorter than intended.
E bonus attack speed adjusted.
E - Lightning Rush
- •newShadow Shuriken Jutsu: After ending his E, Kennen’s bonus attack speed buff will now allow him to surpass the 2.5x attack speed limit
W self slow removed. R dash speed increased.
Defensive Ball Curl
- •Removed: No longer slows himself for 30% while active.
Soaring Slam
- •Dash speed growth increased to 110% from 105%.
Base magic resist decreased. Passive health regeneration decreased early, right punch AD ratio increased.
Transcendent
- •Bug Fix: Splinters of Wrath are now properly gained even when gaining minion credit from an ally's Spoils of War item.
Blade of the Ruined King
- •Bug Fix: Mark empowered attacks are no longer audible to enemies from the Fog of War.

- •Shield health ratio increased to 80% bonus health from 75%.
- •Shield duration increased to 4.5 seconds from 3.75.
- •Bonus attack damage increased to 50% base AD from 45%.
Frozen Heart has been a strong tank item for the majority of the season, however it's recently popped up as an early rush item on non-tanks. We're reducing its base damage reduction to make it better synergize with tanks, and upping the gold cost so non-tanks will have to delay their damage items longer if they want to build it.
General
- •Total cost increased to 2700 gold from 2500 gold.
- •Combine cost increased to 800 gold from 600 gold.
- •Armor increased to 90 from 80.
- •Rock Solid base damage reduction reduced to 5 from 7.
While we've buffed Mortal Reminder to be a better Grievous Wounds item, it still competes directly with Phantom Dancer in terms of stats for ADC's weighing their options. We're emphasizing its AD component more so it can stand out against Phantom Dancer’s attack speed and move speed offerings.

Demonic Embrace is functioning well for AP bruisers and ranged Damage over time champions, but it's performing too well on full tanks like Zac, Amumu, and Udyr to name a few. We're skewing its power to be more AP heavy so that it’s roughly the same on primary users and slightly nerfed for pure tank users.
