Gwen struggles when she has to chase down fleeing foes. So, we’re enhancing the slow effect on her Ultimate while also slightly increasing some of her stats to give her a little more strength in her duels. We’re shear-tain this should help everyone’s favorite seamstress out.

- Resistances increased from 14/16/18/20 to 18/20/22/24.

- Slow increased from 30/35/40% to 35/40/45%.

Gwen’s damage has been inconsistent, making her struggle in skirmishes in both Baron Lane and the Jungle. We’ve sharpened her scissors to make sure that she’s keeping up!

In the earlier stages of the game we’ve noticed that Gwen is too squishy, which makes it hard for her to lane and participate in early-game skirmishes. So, we’re buffing some of her base stats so that she can look to take more aggressive fights and cut her foes in half during the laning phase.

- AP ratio reduced from 0.6% per 100 AP to 0.5%.
Skip 'n Slash
- Cooldown reduced from 16.5/14/11.5/9 second to 13.5/12/10.5/9.
Running with scissors is overly rewarding in the current game, so we’re making the refund on Skip ‘n Slash more important in the early stages of the game along with a small nerf to Gwen’s early dueling power.

- Cooldown increased from 12/11/10/9 seconds to 16.5/14/11.5/9.
- Cooldown refund increased from 35/40/45/50% to 50% at all ranks.
Gwen in the jungle continues to put on a seamless performance, while she’s still a little weaker in the laning phase than we’d like. So, we’re making a few changes to help her have a more sew-cessful time in lane while also slightly slowing down her jungle clear.

- Maximum AP ratio against monsters reduced from 4% AP to 3%.
Skip 'n Slash
- Cooldown refund increased from 20/30/40/50% to 35/40/45/50%.
- Removed: No longer refunds the cooldown when attacking monsters.
Gwen’s laning performance hasn’t seamed too good and is under where we’d like it to be, so we’re giving her early game buffs to help smooth out her lane. However, her jungle performance has been better than other roles, so we’re bringing down her damage to monsters to even out her power between roles.
