League of Legends Patch 14.11 was released on May 29, 2024. This update included changes to 30 champions, with 9 buffs, 7 nerfs, 14 adjustments.

Missile Barrage
- •Bug Fix: After leveling up, the visual ammo count no longer desyncs from his actual ammo count.
- •Bug Fix: Upon learning the ability, the visual ammo count now properly displays the ammo Corki receives (two rockets).
Adoration loss on death reduced.
League of Draven
- •Base gold increased to 25 gold from 10 gold.
- •Stacks lost upon death reduced to 50% from 75%.
Volatile Spiderling
- •Bug Fix: Explosion SFX has been restored.
Hate Spike
- •Bug Fix: SFX once again properly plays for Evelynn upon hitting a target at max range with the first spike.
H-28G Evolution Turret
- •Bug Fix: Ability is no longer sometimes locked out even when charges were available, because of the recharge cooldown being desynced from the ability's charge count as they are used.
- •Undocumented: Heimerdinger no longer has a buff that tracks his charges and the recharge timer. This buff was also previously desynced from his actual charge count.
- •Bug Fix: The floating charge count on his VFX around his model is now synced with the actual amount of available charges on the ability.

Ntofo Strikes

- •Maximum charge time reduced to 1 second from 1.5 seconds.

All Out
- •Healing increased to 15/20/25% of damage dealt from 10/15/20%.
- •Undocumented / New Effect: Cast now has a forgiveness radius of 50 units.
Passive damage decreased and monster cap increased. Q damage decreased late game.
Darkness Rise
- •Base damage per second reduced to 5 at all levels from 5 to 15.2 (based on level).
- •Damage cap against monsters increased to 40 to 200 (based on level) from 28 to 164 (based on level).
Obliterate

Realm of Death
- •Bug Fix: Cast now properly consumes Void Shift spell shield.
Ornn may now upgrade all Legendary items to Masterwork items.

- •Removed: Masterwork items no longer have unique names.
- •New Effect: All Legendary items can now be upgraded into Masterwork items.

- •Variable gold/1 health, based on how many upgradeable stats exist on the item:
- •# If the item has health only, health on that item is valued at 2.6 gold per point (Ruby Crystal 400 gold/150 health).
- •# If the item has health and only one other upgradeable stat, health on that item is valued at 2.702 gold per point.
- •# If the item has health and two other upgradeable stats, health on that item is valued at 2.6 gold per point (Ruby Crystal 400 gold/150 health).
- •# If the item has health and three other (or more) upgradeable stats, health on that item is valued at 2.7 gold per point.
- •While not currently possible, if an item has no upgradeable stats, 1000 gold worth of health will be added to the item.
- •The total gold value of all increased stats remains at 1000 gold. However, old Masterwork items only considered this value a general guideline (for the sake of cleaner numbers on the increased stats); the new upgraded items' value increases by precisely 1000 gold as a strict rule (according to the above table).
- •All stats that are increased share equal gold value. For example, if an item has attack damage and attack speed, each upgraded stat will increase by 500 gold of value; if an item has ability haste, armor, and magic resistance, each upgraded stat will increase by 333.3 gold of value; etc.
- •Note that the values are rounded down in item tooltips, but are granted as normal.
Q charged has an AP ratio. W damage formula adjusted to max HP scaling. E now grants armor and magic resist after using.
Comet Spear
- •New Effect: Throw damage now scales with 50% AP.
Shield Vault
- •Base damage changed to 5/5.5/6/6.5/7% of target's maximum health from 60/100/140/180/220.
- •New Effect: Now deals a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 200 damage against minions and monsters.
- •Removed: Damage no longer scales with 100% AP.
- •New Effect: Now scales with 0.4% per 100 user bonus health.
- •New Effect: Now scales with 1.5% per 100 AP.
Aegis Assault
- •New Effect: Now grants 5 to 30 (based on level) (+ 2.5% bonus health) bonus armor and bonus magic resistance for 4 seconds after slamming his shield if empowered by Mortal Will.
Grand Starfall
- •New Effect: Spear damage now scales with 50% AP.
Rocket Jump
- •Bug Fix: Hitting an enemy with Rocket Jump while she has any amount of ability power and Explosive Charge is active on them no longer instantly increases its stacks to the maximum, triggering the explosion improperly.
Buster Shot
- •Bug Fix: Hitting an enemy with Buster Shot while she has any amount of ability power and Explosive Charge is active on them no longer instantly increases its stacks to the maximum, triggering the explosion improperly.
Sovereign's Domination
- •Bug Fix: While possessing Corki, Phosphorus Bomb no longer sometimes deals no damage.
Warrior Trickster
- •Bug Fix: Statikk Shiv Electroshock no longer unintentionally triggers from the clone expiring if the enemy who owns the item hit it at any point during its active time.
Steel Tempest
- •Bug Fix: Using Recall during a Sweeping Blade + Steel Tempest combo no longer incorrectly delays the knock-up until Recall's channel ends or is interrupted.

Essence Reaver is still a little bit weak on its intended users, so we're delivering it a small gold efficiency buff In the micropatch we increased the AD on Essence Reaver from 65 to 70. This is already live.

- •Total cost reduced to 3100 gold from 3200 gold.
- •Combine cost reduced to 100 gold from 200 gold.
Immortal Shieldbow should be a strong defensive option that clearly sacrifices damage compared to other AD crit options, but meaningfully increases your durability. This Shieldbow buff should do quite a bit for anyone seeking some burst resilience.

- •Lifeline shield increased to 320 to 720 (based on level) from 320/350/380/410/440/470/500/530 (at level 1/12/13/14/15/16/17/18).
Statikk Shiv landed way weaker than we intended in this update. We're aware that it feels somewhat narrow as a non on-hit item competing in the same space as those other ones. For now we're moving the item towards being a lot more stat efficient and adding movement speed to it so it can stand out better from other non-crit items.

Infinity Edge is currently too strong and the potential burst available to ADCs off of one lucky crit is a little too high, so we're bringing down their top end.

Last patch, we converted lethality into an official stat instead of using buffs under the hood to handle its armor penetration. As a result, Serrated Dirk became stackable. Considering we've intentionally left the item overly strong as an assassin power spike, that's not desirable. This patch, we're capping the number of Dirks you can have in your inventory to one, though you can still build any number of finished items that build out of it.

Celestial Opposition's passive currently activates from Knight's Vow and if their ally continues to take damage then it also repeatedly resets the cooldown, which can feel bad and waste the effect. It activating off of small damage like Thornmail is correct since there was agency in that happening, but we'd like to special case Knight's Vow so these items can feel better to use together.
