Ruby CrystalUNIQUE Passive - Tribute: Grants a charge every 10 seconds, up to 3 charges. Damaging spells and attacks against champions and buildings consume a charge, up to one per attack or cast. Consuming a charge deals them 18 bonus magic damage, and if an allied champion is nearby, also grants 22. Before quest completion, killing a minion or non-epic monster pauses Tribute generation and the passive gold generation for 12 seconds per unit slain.
UNIQUE Passive - Quest: Earn 500 using this item. Reward:: Permanently upgrades Frostfang to Eye of Frost and Remnant of the Watchers to Eye of the Watchers, giving them the Warding: active with respectively 3 and 4 wards in stock.

Remnant of the Watchers added to League of Legends
General
- Renamed Remnant of the Watchers from Eye of the Watchers.
- New Recipe: Frostfang + Ruby Crystal + 550 gold = 1800 gold.
- Old Recipe: Sightstone + Frostfang + 550 gold = 2200 gold.
- Quest gold value reduced to 500 gold from 750 gold.
- Removed Quest Reward: Tribute is upgraded to Queen's Tribute, giving you 50% bonus movement speed for 1 second (additional stacks extend duration) for each charge consumed.
- New Effect: Quest reward now grants the active Warding with 4 wards in stock.
- Unique Active - Warding: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location (600 range), which reveals the surrounding area for 150 seconds. Holds up to 4 charges which refill upon visiting the shop.
- Upon completing the quest, the item holds 1 ward, visiting the shop is required to refill the wards.
- New Effect: Completing the quest permanently upgrades Frostfang to Eye of Frost and Remnant of the Watchers to Eye of the Watchers.
- New Effect: Completing the quest now send the following chat message to the team: "Summoner (Champion) Quest Complete! Completion Time: XX:XX"
