Nomad's Medallion
Ruby CrystalUNIQUE Passive - Favor: Nearby enemy minions killed by an ally (excluding yourself) will sometimes drop a gold coin that can be picked up to either grant 50 gold or restore 6% missing mana (minimum 10). Coin can only drop if an allied champion is nearby. Siege minions always drop a coin upon death as long as you did not kill them.
UNIQUE Passive - Quest: Earn 500 gold using this item. Reward:: Permanently upgrades Nomad's Medallion to Nomad's Eye and Remnant of the Ascended to Eye of Ascension, giving them the Warding: active with respectively 3 and 4 wards in stock.

General
- Renamed Remnant of the Ascended from Eye of the Oasis.
- New Recipe: Nomad's Medallion + Ruby Crystal + 250 gold = 1500 gold.
- Old Recipe: Sightstone + Nomad's Medallion + 250 gold = 1900 gold.
- Quest gold value reduced to 500 gold from 750 gold.
- Removed Quest Reward: Favor is upgraded to Emperor's Favor making champion takedowns grant both the gold and mana. You also grant 8% bonus movement speed to nearby allied champions moving toward you (1250 range).
- New Effect: Quest reward now grants the active Warding with 4 wards in stock.
- Unique Active - Warding: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward at the target location (600 range), which reveals the surrounding area for 150 seconds. Holds up to 4 charges which refill upon visiting the shop.
- Upon completing the quest, the item holds 1 ward, visiting the shop is required to refill the wards.
- New Effect: Completing the quest permanently upgrades Nomad's Medallion to Nomad's Eye and Remnant of the Ascended to Eye of Ascension.
- New Effect: Completing the quest now send the following chat message to the team: "Summoner (Champion) Quest Complete! Completion Time: XX:XX"
