Runic Blade
- Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that caused the damage to not be reduced when she critically strikes from items.
Riven's been crushing it ever since she discovered Axiom Arc. We like that she's swift and lethal in the early game but ultimately she's bursting down her competition too quickly once mid game arrives. Additionally, with all the extra gold and experience in the game right now, players have cited that late game fights resolve too quickly. So, all that considered, we're here to take out some of her late game burst power.

Riven's native mobility, strong dueling, and interesting risk profile of having to burn damage in order to close the gap could make for a really compelling jungle champion. She's also monstrously hard to play, but even accounting for that, she appears to be a pretty abysmal jungler at her current tuning. We're substantially buffing her first clear to see if players will find a fun, dynamic, high-skill fighter compelling in this new role.

Runic Blade (Innate)
- Riven's abilities charge her blade, causing her to do bonus damage on her next autoattack. Riven can store up to 3 charges, but only expends one at a time.
Broken Wings (Q)
- Riven steps forward and lashes out in a series of powerful sword slashes. This ability can be activated up to 3 times in a short period.
- 1st/2nd Use: Deals damage to a small area in front of her.
- 3rd Use: Jumps into the air and slams downward, causing a larger impact nova that deals damage and knocks nearby enemies back.
Ki Burst (W)
- Riven damages and stuns nearby enemies.
Valor (E)
- Riven dashes forward and gains a shield for a short duration.
Blade of the Exile (Ultimate)
- Riven's sword reforms, giving her a percentage multiplier on her total attack damage, extended range on her damaging abilities and basic attacks and the ability to use Wind Slash once.
- Wind Slash
- While Blade of the Exile is active, Riven can reactivate the ability to emit a large shock wave that deals damage to all units hit based on their missing life.
